She told me it was Friday and everyone wanted to go home and to stop bringing my daughter in for only a stuffy nose. Since our first visit with this doctor (we saw the nurse practitioner normally) she was extremely condescending rude and just clearly did not care. She CALLED and scolded me for taking my daughter to the ER after 5 days of antibiotics and her eye condition rapidly getting worse to tell me that the visit was unnecessary and I needed to let my daughter rest. Turned out to be a very serious virus. She missed many things medically and I constantly had to seek second opinions. Do not take your children here!!

Let me tell you, this place is not only professional and easy to work with, they are absolutely one of the best at communicating with patients. They called to confirm my appointment, when I arrived they took me through all of the steps as a new patient, and they didn't make me feel like just another body to get through. If you get the choice, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Hoffman. Not only does he have an excellent bedside manner, but he takes the time to check through your previous records, ask you questions about your health, and offers reasons why your health is good, and suggests what you can do to stay healthy. The nurse was also awesome. LeAnn was profession and friendly. She took blood and was seriously so gentle. I was very comfortable and the wait times were not long. Total, I spent about 45 minutes in the office, from arrival to departure. If you are looking for a new primary care physician, definitely check them out!
