Previously he was told by another Middletown doctor that he needed a psychiatric exam. Dr. Wourms listens, examines, and resolves the problems. Although I moved from Middletown I still drive there for his care. He is the best at listening, diagnosing, and treating, His staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. There is very little turnover in staff which tells me he is a good employer as well as a terrific doctor.

If you need maintenance meds for high blood pressure cholesterol it's all right, but if you wanna be heard, don't waste your time, bro, they act like they know more than you (even though you tell your symptoms clear)and they don't listen. I've been suffering with chronic pancreatitis for six long months. Was suffering one day asked if I could be seen I could be seen for a tetanus shot, but I couldn't be treated for my pain and suffering, but they were open to give a bs shot. I had to go to urgent care where the doctor there was kind of enough to give me the things that I need for my pancreatitis, such as enzymes , nausea, medicine, with toradol a trio of course that made me better in 24 hours. And don't bother telling them what hurts they'll send you to another doctor or say it's all in your head, if you're a mental health patient because if your a mental health patient you aren't allowed to have bad days(they have to be normal all the time.) The woman doctor is a witch She's the worst and I refuse to see her.Her husband (the other so called Dr. is somewhat approachable and sometimes open to ideas, but in the end doesn't listen. I've never went in asking for pain meds outright . You don't do that, you tell them something hurts and they're supposed to give you something for it and I've been telling them for six months since October of last my year. My labs have shot up and down and they're clueless every time I went in. I said, could it be this or could it be that? I'm not a doctor. I can't figure it out. I didn't go to school for it. HHA is a good practice, and I think they do an overall great job. One thing I really like is that their records are computerized and when I walk out, I have a printed order I can read instead of a hand-written order that I can't make sense of. The nurses are pleasant and do a great job listening as you explain why you're there. Even the wait isn't usually bad - my last doctor you could wait 1-1.5 hours after your appointment time to see the doctor - here, it's usually less than 15 minutes if they are running behind. My only real issue has been the office staff. The response is short sometimes and follow-through can be a little slow if you're trying to get ahold of your doctor by phone. It's not a big deal, but it can be really inconvenient. Net result, I highly recommend the practice and encourage you to check them out.

He's incredibly thorough and the trainers/assistants around the office are also wonderful - they're all beautiful, which was startling but aspirational. We were told they were running 40 minutes behind, but ended up waiting 2 hours, which wasn't ideal. It was also the day before Thanksgiving though, so I sort of get it. Overall, I had a pretty good pre-op experience. However, when my sister came here 3 years ago for ACL reconstruction, she never regained feeling in the front of her shin. When she called about it, they said it probably wasn't their fault. I can recommend Beacon and Kremchek for any sports-related injury, but my sister wouldn't say the same. So take that for whatever it's worth. UPDATE: I'm a month out from surgery and I have healed remarkably quickly thanks to the stud Physical Therapy team. So, I dropped the score for Kremchek not the entirety of the team. Beacon as an organization has been wonderful, but I've been continually unimpressed with Kremchek as a person/doctor. The appointment I had remove my brace (read: leg cage) was on the calendar for a month, but I got a call a few days beforehand that said it had to be moved due to Reds spring training or something. I was going to have to wait another week or two to get my brace taken off, even though my healing progressed well enough to remove it. I had to ask to be seen by another doc because this brace is the PITS and I want it off ASAP. So I am seeing Valezquez. It's just obvious that Kremchek prioritizes his celebrity (well, it's the Reds, so maybe that's not the right word) clients over average people.

Kelly, her medical assistant is also terrific. I saw Dr. Islam one time when Dr. Armstrong was on vacation and I liked him as well. The staff has always treated me with respect. Would recommend Dr. Armstrong to anyone and probably Dr. Islam. One visit is not enough time to make an evaluation of anyone.

Sometimes the front office staff and or nurses are having bad days, but my Dr, Kay Johnson is always consistent with me. She listens and never has one foot out the door. On occasion I have been a little concerned with the lack of a thorough exam (such as listening to my heart) but overall i've received excellent care whether sick or routine visit. The building itself includes a lab, orthopedist and some other specialists so it is essentially a one stop shop. It is always clean and well organized. There is a large parking lot, but getting in and out can be a little tough on busy Montgomery Rd. Added bonus, they now have a nice online portal where you can communicate, have virtual visits, and view bloodwork or invoices.
