I came to this office as a new patient after having issues with my previous OB/GYN of 25 years. Making the appointment, I just told them I was overdue for an annual exam and preferred a female doctor. They set me up with Dr. Packard. She was a gem! The office was SUPER busy when I went in, as it was just after the new year. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I didn't see the doctor until 45 minutes after my appointment time. However, Dr. Packard was very warm and friendly. She came in and took the time to sit and talk with me before the examination. She answered questions and addressed concerns I had. I didn't feel rushed at all. She was thorough and gentle and not judgey at all. I felt very comfortable with her. I'm so glad I found a new doctor! read more

I have seen Dr Swayze three times now and can't rate her highly enough . What a dedicated, passionate doctor who took the time to listen to me and recommended treatment that she felt would help . She also recommended another provider to see for an issue that she couldn't assist with. She is a top notch caring doctor who I would recommend to anyone looking fir a new doctor . I had my 3rd baby and went here for my care. Dr. Narendren was excellent, and I'm very surprised to see any bad review on her. The first thing she did when I became her patient, and then anytime after, was walk in with eye contact, a smile, and a firm hand shake. She answered any and all questions, and she didn't make me feel rushed. I have no complaints at all. They are quick, efficient, and friendly all around (with the exception of one ultrasound tech I saw). read more

In 2019 I saw Narendran for a prolapse & she told me I wasted her time by coming in that day. I had a pinched nerve caused by a prolapsed bladder that took 5 drs (3 obgyn, PCP & Gastro) & 10 months to diagnose & treat. I went to a doctor out of network a few weeks later to get the prolapse diagnosed and a nurse found it in 2 seconds. Now, I needed to get a breast exam because I have a spot under my arm that is tender and raised. So I was nervous about returning to this practice. The check in staff was less than friendly & barely acknowledged my presence. The nurse that took me back to the room was excellent. Friendly, professional and knowledgable. Dr Ogburn, who I've never seen, came in & said just because it's painful doesn't mean it's cancer & dismissed my family's medical history of breast cancer. He asked why I hadn't been there since 2019 and I told him. He said well I can guarantee that doctor isn't still employed there and I said yes she is in fact.. He said that he didn't care why I was hurting in 2019 but was glad I was better now. He said every woman who has carried a child has had a prolapse. I said well this prolapse affected my day to day life: I was in contact pain from the pinched nerve, intercourse was incredibly painful and I missed a lot of work going to all these doctors - which he immediately dismissed. The experience was almost the same as it was in 2019 and I had never even met this doctor. How can I possibly trust that this isn't also another problem that is being dismissed when clearly I had a problem before that required surgery!??? I will NEVER recommend this office and I will NEVER, EVER return. read more

I became pregnant in august 2020 and this office was referred to me. The dr I ended up with was Dr Bronar. My 1st impression was a bit rude but she addressed my concerns so I proceeded. Every visit she offered the flu shot and I'd decline. COVID spikes and I come in and she insisted I need to protect me and my unborn and get the shot. I give in and Two weeks later at 15 weeks I miscarried. I called this office several time the morning i was rushed to the hospital, in the hospital, and after discharge to inform what happened. All they did (nurse) was canceled my appointments. No call, follow up nothing! I'm so upset and i feel she urged me to kill my baby! I would never go there again to dr Bronar read more

Yesterday, I got my IUD taken out. Dr. Packard seemed incredibly upset and disgusted that I did not want to consider other birth control options. I explained that being on hormonal birth control makes me depressed and anxious and she told me it was very unlikely that the birth control was the cause. Rude. She took my IUD out and left the room without letting me know of any possible side effects. 2 hours after leaving the doctors office, I fainted. I called and left a message for the doctor who was on call last night and was told I'd get a call back within 30 minutes. I never received a call back. I called today and the nurse I spoke to told me I should take it easy today and if I still feel bad tomorrow, give them a call back. I then proceeded to ask if I could come get a doctors note for work/school for yesterday and today due to the fainting and she told me that unfortunately, I cannot because my appointment was yesterday. So now I do not have any documentation from the doctor to give to my boss or professors even though I FAINTED and still feel weak. Which, again, Dr. Packard failed to mention fainting is a side effect of IUD removal. I will never be going back here. read more

If I could have sued I would have! There was definitely neglect but told it is too hard to prove on paper. Let me begin my story. On February 9th 2017 I had an appointment in the clinic. DR. NARENDRAN saw me. She was short tempered, rude, and nasty with me. I was 23 weeks along. She grilled me about my first ultra sound then proceeded to accuse me of going to a termination facility to get it. I told her it wasn't and she arrogantly argued with me. She said she knew the place and it was a termination facility. I abhor abortion so I made damn sure that wasn't the case. Then she was hateful to me about my weight. I'm fully aware I'm not thin. She chastised me like a child and told me "I want you to gain 0 lbs. Until you deliver. " while making a 0 with her fingers. I left the office and sat in my car and cried at the way I was treated. Later that evening I had pressure in my abdomen followed by some light pink discharge. This obviously sacred me. I went driving to mercy fairfield and went in through the er with my concern. They told me walk on up to the L&D unit. Yes, someone who is concerned about preterm labor they told to go ahead and walk alone to the L&D UNIT. nice. When I got up there I was met with a bunch of faces looking at me like I was an idiot. I explained what was going on and was begrudgingly escorted back to an exam room. Then I was told repeatedly that I shouldn't just show up, I need to call first because they can probably tell me to stay home. Also told more than one time if my water didn't break and I wasn't gushing blood that I was probably fine... when Dr. Bonar saw me she basically did a UA and a vaginal exam and sent me packing. No TOCO monitor. Nothing. Told me there was sugar in my urine and to get the glucose testing done asap.... never mind the fact I didn't have sugar 12 hours earlier... I feel like that was a red flag that got ignored. The next day I called back on the phone as they requested because I had increasing back pain. I was blown off. Again. Told to drink gatorade and put my feet up. This didn't do much. I did as I was told... they're doctors after all and my water didn't break and I wasn't gushing blood. Surely they know what they're doing right? Saturday comes. By mid morning I'm in excruciating pain feeling like I'm having contractions 2 to 4 minutest apart. I drove myself to mercy, expecting to go in. I did as I was told before AGAIN and called. It was Dr. NARENDRAN... I explained to her everything that happened from Thursday to that point and told her I was in pain 10/10 and feeling like I was having contractions every 2 to 4 minutes. Her response? "I don't have any pain pills I can give you for that! Go sit in a hot bath and relax and if you still feel bad on Tuesday call the office for an appointment. At that point I took myself to UC hospital. I was admitted within 15 minutes of getting there in full active labor dilated 2 or 3 cm.... my baby was born, lived for 12 hours and died. I did not get the medications to slow labor in time or the steroids that would have boosted my daughter's lungs. I was robbed of the knowledge that everything that could have been done was. We'll never know if it would have helped because I wasn't treated in time. I place the blame squarely on their shoulders.DO NOT trust these people with your care. They don't care at all and are poor excuses for medical professionals. Rude nasty and incompetent. UC informed me that this wasn't the first time they had patients come to them from this hospital with similar situations. read more

Worst experience! This doctors office almost killed me! I have 4 children a became pregnant with number 5. I had concerns about the pregnancy and was brushed off after an ultrasound was performed. When I went in for my 4 week follow up they informed me that the baby wasn't alive. I hadn't started miscarrying so the prescribed me medication to "pass" the pregnancy. After taking the last dose I started passing LARGE clots. I called the office as instructed. I had to call twice because it took over an hour for someone to return my call. When Dr. Hall finally called me back she was very nasty and told me that it was the whole point of the pill... I finally stopped bleeding. 5 days I had a follow up appointment. The doctor asked me a few questions and sent me on my way. He didn't perform and exam to insure the pregnancy had passed. later that day out of no where I started bleeding again. When I called the office they advised me to come in to the office. The doctor told me that I hadn't passed the pregnancy and it should pass soon but she would give me another round of the pills. As soon as I started the pills I bled worse than before. I called the office and yet again I got no call back.I had lost so much blood that I passed out and had to be rushed to the er. On the way I called again and the doctor acted like it was no big deal. I had lost so much blood that I almost had to have a transfusion. I was rushed into emergency surgery. This was a traumatic experience that I hope no one goes thru! read more

I wish I could warn everyone in Cincinnati to avoid this place. From the billing, to the front desk, to the nurses...the entire practice is rude. My husband actually used the work "arrogant" to describe them. They are not client/patient centric, whatsoever. I saw Dr. Neranderan and I guess as long as you don't have any issues she's "fine", but don't expect her to call you back or go out of her way for you as a patient. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, i received that call from a nurse along with a bunch of orders for testing supplies and classes. My numbers were really low (on the spectrum of the scale), so I said before I buy all of this stuff and pay for these diabetes education classes I have a few questions, and asked that the doctor call me. 12 hours later I received a call back from a nurse "On behalf of Dr. Neranderan", stating the doctor said I could ask my questions through the nurse or schedule an appt. I reiterated that I asked for the doctor to call me back, and that I shouldn't have to schedule an appt to ask a few questions regarding test results I feel like I should have received from the doctor in the first place! The nurse got snippy with me, said she would leave a note, a couple hours later I once again received a call from a nurse. Let me be clear that I was FAR from a "problem" patient. I was having a very normal, healthy pregnancy, I had never called, not even once, prior to this asking for the doctor to call me. This is my 2nd pregnancy, and the service level all around, not to mention the carelessness of the doctor for her patients, is no comparison to the care I received the first time around (which was out of state or I would have gone back!). So here I am 27 weeks pregnant trying to find a new doctor. Not an ideal situation, but I refuse to be treated like this. I don't trust them AT ALL. They're a baby factory and anyway they can make money from you they will. And beware of their billing--it's borderline a scam/illegal. I am happy to be a patient at OBGYN Associates! Dr. Packard is my go-to doctor and she delivered my first daughter. Now that I am pregnant with my second, we see Dr. Packard whenever we can. She makes me feel 100% comfortable asking questions. She's an amazing listener and I can tell she truly cares about me and my girls. Have you got a while to wait? I was due to see Dr. Patel at 11:15am. The office moved 6 weeks ago. I have been a patient for 20+ years. My oldest, delivered by them leaves for college this week. I get there at 11:15 but cannot determine which building it is, because there are literally 15-20 physician buildings and a hospital. I call to tell them i am outside but can't find the office, they sort of direct me. I get to the desk at 11:21, after I waited behind a lunch delivery drop-off. I am all checked in. Finally at 12:45 I ask how much longer. The doctor proceeds to scold me for being 20 minutes late! I explain that no I was 6 minutes late and called from outside with my confusion of which building was which. She just smirked and said well i had to have lunch. Yeah, i know i waited behind your lunch delivery guy at the desk! So she took an hour lunch knowing i was there waiting for my five minute exam??? And she kept pushing me to get my cholesterol checked even though I told her who my primary care physician is and that I have routine check-ups there. I told the front desk but do not have much faith the customer service will improve based on their behavior. While I waited forever, a young woman waiting to be seen with a toddler asked if the had toys for children. They told her no. Once they assumed she was out of ear shot, the receptionist said yeah right over there by our jungle gyms, sarcastically. Over it, I will go somewhere else next year. But if you plan to have a child and will be going there often i would advise against it. read more

I would give zero stars if that was an option...At the time of scheduling my appointment I was told my Humana insurance was accepted, when I went for my appointment and showed my insurance card I was still under the impression my insurance was accepted as I never heard otherwise. Nice surprise in the mail a few weeks later though...a bill for almost 200.00. I called and was told that in fact no, my insurance was not accepted and when I asked why I was not informed of this the lady on the other end of the phone said well most people prefer to stay with their doctor so we just assumed. I am on a very limited income and had I been able to go to an in network doctor the exam would have been completely covered which is way more important to me than staying with the same doctor. Yes, looking back I should have double checked with Humana but I sort of assumed the people at this place would give the correct information rather than getting me there for the appointment just to collect more money in the end. read more
