I was told that Tammy would be arriving at 9am on Thursday. The company was kind enough to send me a reminder on Wednesday at 4pm to confirm. Fast forward to 8:21am, day of, and the office calls to cancel. I've already paid for and sent to the grandsons to a babysitter for the entire 8 hours today, AND it's going to take 7-10 business days to refund my $648 I prepaid for your cleaning service. You've cost me money now. Your customer service was very friendly, but it's nothing when it only adds up to trouble and frustration for the customer you said you'd provide a service to. I contacted Full Service Junk removal the day after the tree went down and they were here less than a week later- Ashley and Maddy had out 28' round above ground pool down and loaded up in less that 3 hours. I was amazed at how hard they worked- and they cleaned everything up- no damage to the landscaping around the pool ( we will be replacing the damaged pool) - the service was quick- they are so very friendly- they really to make you feel like family- Highly recommend this company

It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits.
