The death of my 33-year-old son was a tragedy, but so pleased with Michael; his compassion and understanding ability are unmatched, getting me through all the complicated arrangements with a different funeral home in Los Angeles and shipping ashes back. We could hear two fellas upstairs screaming at each other like cats in a bag! The poor woman tryin to help us was looking like she was about to pass out from embarsment. I could hear em arguing the whole time. It was so unproessional, specially with how much we payed. #2 the day of the funeral things aint any better. My boys been having a rough time of it and was fitting to pass out. I go to look for a place for him to cool off, so i see this old fella standing around doing nothing. I ask him if there is a private room we could get my boy in?? This guy starts goin off and rising his voice. When I tried explain what was goin on he started shouting over me about how he was the owner and he'd have me thrown out. That was the last draw. I told him forget it but that didnt calm him down none. He kept screaming louder following me down the hall. Thats when I realized I heard the voice before and sure enough it was the same fella that was yelling at someone upstairs the week before!! I dont know what kind of place this is but i sure wont ever be back. There aint no one should be treated like that, specially on one of the hardest days of your life.

Farrell-Ryan took care of everything, from the wake, to organizing the church interaction for the service, to the graveside memorial. They were professional, punctual, and included the much-appreciated small touches; like making sure the flower arrangements at the wake were tastefully arranged at the church for the service, and then arranged at the graveside memorial. They even gave us boards to put photos on for a nice presentation at the wake. The funeral home itself, was comfortable and homey. From clean restrooms to a kitchenette area with waters, to a small room for the ladies to put their purses. I would recommend them to anyone.
