The courier came on Tuesday in his own personal pickup truck (not a Lowe's company truck). The toilet had an elongated seat and will not fit in our bathroom. He told his that he was not allowed to take the toilet back, but that we should just call Lowe's and they would send someone to pick it up and bring us the correct toilet. My husband called Lowe's and was told that NO ONE WOULD BE COMING TO PICK UP THE TOILET. We were told that WE would have to bring it back. We told the customer rep that we do not own a truck. Just a small car. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he said, you can talk to one but the info will be the same!! So we squeezed the toilet into the back seat of the car and I drove it to Lowe's. I spoke to a very nice manager there (Kenneth) who was shocked and appalled that they would treat us this way when it was THEIR MISTAKE. He had me drive to the delivery area and he and another man switched out the elongated toilet for a round one. We thought this was the end of the story. But NO! Bruce is working on the bathroom now and ready to install the toilet. He opened the box, and there is the toilet, still inside the plastic bubble wrap, COMPLETELY IN SHATTERS!!!! I'm now waiting for a Lowe's manager to call me back to hopefully resolve this situation. We are SO disappointed in Lowe's and so FRUSTRATED!!! #loweshomeimprovement

The homeowner called us crying demanding to cancel the order because how rude and disrespectful the Delivery driver was. We will be taking our business of 200 + projects a year to a more professional and reliable lumber supplier. I would STRONGLY Recommend going with a different company for your lumber needs. I would recommend Conrad lumber or Sherwood lumber. We were greeted right away by nice young man Brody, who explained their pricing and where to find what we were describing. We found several rocks we liked from different stacks so I headed to get help. Brody saw me coming back and immediately came out of the office to offer assistance. We showed him the rocks we wanted and he tagged them and started loading them to be weighed. I was impressed at how efficient, skilled and safely he handled the big equipment. He had us weighed and loaded in no time. We were able to pay the $218 right there at the truck with his hand held device and we were on our way. Overall we were very impressed and the short drive across the river was well worth the savings. We priced out the same number of rocks in similar styles in Portland and the Portland suppliers were nearly twice what we paid here. If you're a dog person, there's added bonus (not related to Sundance) is that they are right next to a huge dog park that we weren't aware of so we were able to take our dog there for some fun afterwards too.
