In fact the two people that stood out with great patience and friendliness were the dental assistant in the room with me for the procedure and the billing clerk. The doctor wasn't unfriendly, he just didn't seem to care. In fact I can't remember him using my name once during the time I was there. I remember thinking, tell someone where you are in case something goes wrong here. The vibe was very pretentious. The experience wasn't personable. Maybe because I wasn't spending enough money on my procedure. I heard the other Dentist greet his patient next door very friendly, so it could have been that Dr. Bagheri was tired or having a bad day. Also, it was very interesting to me that I and a few other patients were asked to wait in the car, yet after my procedure there were patients in the waiting area. I'm grateful to have been serviced in a timely manner, but the staff didn't stand out to me as a great place to refer.

It took over a year before completion . I then had a Wisdom tooth in need of extraction . I trusted Dr Bagheri, and wanted him to remove the tooth , because he did my implant surgery and I felt like with his knowledge of my surgery he was the best to remove the Wisdom tooth . I made an appointment . He did not want to remove my tooth . It was as if he didn't care or couldn't care less about it . He removed it though . I now have no feeling . I don't think so .

I had two teeth that needed to be extracted and I was recommended by our dentist to NorthWest oral in Acworth. When I called in horrible pain due to a tooth infection, they got me right in that day at their Dallas location. I saw doctor Dicky and he calmed my nerves a bit. Very down to earth and a very nice guy. He informed me that one of the teeth in question was angry causing nerve pain and needed to come out sooner then later. He explained the entire process to me and was able to get me in the next morning at the Marietta office. Due to health concerns and current medications I'm on, I was very uneasy about IV sedation. The staff at Marietta was nothing short of amazing. I had 2 surgery techs that were so nice and patient with me. The nurse was also very nice and the whole experience went very smoothly. I had concerns about pain afterwards due to PTSD from my wisdom teeth. I felt heard and well educated on what to expect. My husband was my ride and we had our 4 year old son with us. They were very patient with us and understanding that he was my husbands wingman for the day. They even let my son pick a prize in the prize box which he was static about. Overall I am very happy with how smoothly everything went. I will say even the billing and payment was explained well and I felt like there was no surprises. I have a few more procedures that will need to be done in the future and will definitely be using Dr. Dicky again.

And they were so rude when I complained about the inconvenience indicting this is something they do regularly with no regard of the patients. They waited to change until they had my money. When it is time for my son I will choose a place that focuses on the patient.

Yes, a dentist named Whitener...ironic! Not only was I seen the same day I called, even when they were only working a half day, but I was treated with something I've never experienced before in a dental office-compassion. Just like the other review, I too was scared of needless and the jiggle of the cheek was just what I needed. Unfortunately, I got dry socket after my tooth was pulled and not only did I turn in to a big emotional baby, but I was seen 4 additional times in the office and each time I was welcomed with a hug and compassion. Andie, his assistant has a quick wit, was very gentle and explained everything that was going on so I was not surprised or scared. I loved the fun conversation we had and the banter over college football...even though she is an LSU fan! I recommend Dr. Whitener to anyone that needs a cleaning, brightening or dental work. He is an amazingly talented doctor and is the only dentist I trust.

I'm not worried, because I know I'll be in good hands.

Next he starts complaining about my "behavior", by which he meant the shrieking, which was no doubt being heard by the other customers, and wanted to give me a general anesthetic despite me having a condition which makes general anesthesia dangerous. He pooh-poohed my concerns and said he'd never had a problem. I reiterated that I had subcortical white matter lesions and asked what his follow-up period was and he wouldn't answer. He seemed a little obsessed with knocking me out. Then he went on about how I would never be able to cope with the sound of the drill if this was my attitude to needles and how I needed to be asleep, and I kept pointing out I have no problem with needles just with agonizing pain when they are rammed in and drills don't worry me in the slightest. He didn't listen to one word I said. I left. The painless yet impacted tooth he was supposed to extract is still there. An hour after the needles were jammed in - my whole lower jaw was numb on the outside but not on the inside where the tooth is. For all his stabbing and ramming he hadn't managed to numb the area. God knows the agony I would had suffered had I stayed and continued to refuse a general. His performance seemed designed to have me begging for a general. Today my jaw won't open more than half an inch. That's how hard he rammed the needles in. I've been to dentists before. I have no problem with needles. I am having real trouble believing a qualified oral surgeon with mostly excellent reviews can't understand the phrase "it hurts", can't numb a jaw and can't put in a needle slowly enough that a person can eat the next day. When I left my husband was surprised to see me so quickly as he knew there hadn't been enough time for the topical to take effect, let alone have anything else done. There were two other young women in the waiting room too. Perhaps one of them became Dr Wall's special girl that day. I sure failed my audition.
