Not only did they take care of the electrical work professionally and efficiently, but they also showed genuine kindness and compassion during a very stressful time. They took the time to help with things that weren't even part of the job, simply because they cared and wanted to make sure I was safe and taken care of. That level of integrity and customer service is rare to find these days. Their team was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and truly treated me like a person instead of just another customer. In the middle of a difficult situation, they brought peace of mind and reminded me that there are still businesses that put people first. If you're looking for an electrician you can trust, I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you for going above and beyond--you made a lasting difference, and I'll never forget your kindness.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process--from the initial installation to any follow-up questions I've had since. The system has performed exactly as expected. If anything, I've realized just how much power I actually use--especially with three EVs in the mix! Having this setup has made everyday life noticeably more convenient. I went with a large system that includes two Powerwall 3s, and while it's definitely an investment, the turnkey nature of the process made it well worth it. The peace of mind alone was a huge benefit. I also did my homework and gathered multiple quotes, and Solar Alternatives came in thousands less than the competition, which made the decision even easier. The installation crew deserves a shoutout as well--they were professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. One of my favorite moments was when they took a break to play fetch with my German Shepherd in the backyard. It really showed the kind of people they are. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering solar.
