I called David, owner, DVS Electrical Services as a last minute electrical need had arisen and…read moreneeded repair asap due to ice storm and arctic weather coming in. He contacted me right away. We discussed issue and he said he could be out within next three hours. He and his assistant arrived after texting they were on the way. David extremely polite and respectful of me and my home. He look at area of concern. Stated two options and pros/cons of both. When plan was settled on, it took him less than 20 minutes to repair. It was extremely reasonable in cost. A matter of fact, my husband and I had been reluctant to have done sooner due to costs concerns. We will definitely be having DVS Electrical to come back to complete other electrical needs. Thank you David!!

I had the company out Fri. Dec. 27th after calling the week before and this was the finalized date…read moreMr. Arbuckle could make it or send someone out. Replacing a really old and damaged bath fan. I learned only the same style could go back meaning fan and light. The heater/fan/light would cost more. I should have pushed for a price because as sweet as he is... The price probably would have been $80-125 more and my family could have gotten what they wanted. Why 4 stars today? The guy he's training didn't clean up behind himself. AirPro was hired, as recommended by Arbuckle, to connect the fan to a duct thru the roof and 2 guys reported out. The tallest one was mad as sin that the Electrician didn't put things back nor clean his mess. Nails, end caps and roof/attic trash was left about on the floor, appliances and tub. All in all, I'll continue to use the company and talk to the owner about the mishap today. They're really booked right now and running 2 weeks behind on calls per the owner but the goal is to have him back to complete all recommended work midJanuary 2020 is when he said to check back for booking. Ce la via.

Wow. Then i call office and lady is rude and argumentstive, again all I wanted was a solution and service my generator to be working. Now all food melted ruined 4 kids could've been avoided by simply communicating and fixing the ongoing issue its taken far too long and this generator should ne working considering it's. This is bad service Ben, maybe you'll respond here because you don't take my call or respond my text to come out and fix what you installed not working i paid.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. During the recent storm damage, they went far beyond…read morewhat I ever expected. Not only did they take care of the electrical work professionally and efficiently, but they also showed genuine kindness and compassion during a very stressful time. They took the time to help with things that weren't even part of the job, simply because they cared and wanted to make sure I was safe and taken care of. That level of integrity and customer service is rare to find these days. Their team was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and truly treated me like a person instead of just another customer. In the middle of a difficult situation, they brought peace of mind and reminded me that there are still businesses that put people first. If you're looking for an electrician you can trust, I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you for going above and beyond--you made a lasting difference, and I'll never forget your kindness.
