Tanner ran a diagnostic test on my bathroom heater to be sure that it was not blowing the circuit breaker. It was not broken. It just needed a new light bulb. They took care of that. I initially called Jeff to check out why our dryer had stopped working. My wife and I thought the…read moredryer had gone out, but once Jeff got into the wall outlet he found that for some reason the wiring had come loose from the outlet. He probably saved us from having a fire in the house. Then, we were just telling him about some other things we were thinking about having done. We were wanting our hall bathroom remodeled and the old cast iron tub taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. The next thing you know he is tackling that update. Not only did he do the walk-in shower but he also repainted the bathroom. Then he fixed a bad place in the hall ceiling and painted the hall. But, he wasn't done. He then took down the old laundry room cabinets that were installed in the laundry room when the house was built in the mid 1970s. He repainted the laundry room and installed new flooring for it. Also, the air vent for the dryer was through the wall into the garage. He drilled a hole in the laundry room outside wall and vented the dryer to the outside. He also took care of a couple of other minor things that he thought needed to be done. If you need anything, and I mean anything, done around your house don't hesitate to give him a call. Replacing a really old and damaged bath fan. I learned only the same style could go back meaning fan and light. The heater/fan/light would cost more. I should have pushed for a price because as sweet as he is... The price probably would have been $80-125 more and my family could have gotten what they wanted. Why 4 stars today? The guy he's training didn't clean up behind himself. AirPro was hired, as recommended by Arbuckle, to connect the fan to a duct thru the roof and 2 guys reported out. The tallest one was mad as sin that the Electrician didn't put things back nor clean his mess. Nails, end caps and roof/attic trash was left about on the floor, appliances and tub. All in all, I'll continue to use the company and talk to the owner about the mishap today. They're really booked right now and running 2 weeks behind on calls per the owner but the goal is to have him back to complete all recommended work midJanuary 2020 is when he said to check back for booking.
