After a very messy water leak in our home while we were away for Thanksgiving with family out of…read morestate, our insurance company asked who we would like to do the repair work. Because of previous, good experience with them, we quickly responded that we would use H2 Renovations.
Once the dry out work was done (including cutting portions of sheetrock out in 3 rooms to enhance drying and removal of wet insulation), carpenters Matthew and Jonathan showed up early one morning. They replaced and floated the sheetrock, reinstalled baseboards and shoe molding, replaced a bathroom door in less than two days.
Painter Misa jumped right in to head up the painting effort (repainting the 3 affected rooms along with an adjoining hallway) with the help of Jesus, Junior, and Jose and a couple of other painters I didn't get the names of. Due to multiple coats and a few scheduling issues, the painting took about 9 days of work to complete, but we were thrilled to get all the repairs done in a little over a month.
The office staff was attentive to our requests, and Bart kept in touch with us throughout the effort, maintaining a friendly, accommodating and very efficient oversight. Everyone involved was focused, efficient, and notably courteous while being very sensitive to our needs. There is no question that we would heartily recommend H2 to anyone in need of repairs or renovations. THANKS H2!
