We had great communication from the start, throughout the scheduling and pricing process, and even at the job site. We were short a few small things from the measurements, and instead of them just walking off the jobsite and waiting, they called me directly and let me know what they needed to get to them asap. Large part of new install is job site cleanup, which they were one of the best subs we used. No issue with anything extra lying around or any mess of materials. Would highly recommend for new roofing.

Hargrove Roofing replaced my roof, but during the project a roofing nail punctured an HVAC…read morerefrigerant line in my attic. What should have been a straightforward customer-service issue ultimately turned into a lengthy legal dispute. My primary concern was not the roof installation itself, but how the risk was communicated and how the situation was handled after the damage occurred. The sales representative reviewed the proposal and project details but did not review the Terms and Conditions with me or discuss the provision stating that roofing nails may penetrate the roof decking and enter the attic. Had that specific risk been clearly discussed, I would have asked additional questions about the location of attic utilities before work began. Hargrove made a settlement offer before filing suit and maintained that position throughout the dispute. My subsequent settlement proposals were rejected, and the matter ultimately resolved on terms very close to Hargrove's original demand. As a result, a problem that began with a damaged HVAC line developed into months of litigation, attorney fees, court costs, and settlement discussions. I paid to repair the HVAC damage and then spent almost a year dealing with a dispute that ultimately consumed far more time, stress, and money than the original problem ever should have. Looking back, I believe a reasonable compromise at the outset would have been a better outcome for everyone involved. One thing I found particularly ironic was a sign displayed in Hargrove's office that read, "COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE." In my experience, that message did not match what occurred. The specific risk that roofing nails could damage attic utilities was never clearly communicated before work began, and the lack of meaningful communication contributed significantly to the dispute that followed. The case has now been formally resolved and the judgment satisfied. In my view, the central issue was never the roof itself. It was the failure to clearly communicate a known risk before work began and the inability of the parties to reach a practical resolution after the damage occurred. Prospective customers should carefully read every page of the contract, including the Terms and Conditions, and ask specific questions about the risk of damage to HVAC lines, plumbing, electrical wiring, or other utilities located near the roof decking before signing. I wish I had done so. Based on my experience, I would not use Hargrove Roofing again.

I have never used a dish company for my entertainment. The satellite dish fell off my roof and created a large hole in the roof. No call, so I called again around 4pm to remind them I needed help putting up a temporary tarp and get my roof fixed. Again they said someone would contact me. It is now Sunday evening and still have not heard back from them. I do not recommend this roofing company.

My house was built in 2016 with a beautiful high pitched roof and has been giving me problems pretty much from day one due to what I just discovered was improper ventilation. A nice lady answered the phone both times and took my information. Of course she always asks about insurance and my reply is yes but I'm not sure if the repairs will be covered due to the deductible. Both times she said she would have someone contact me. Well no one ever called. I just want to thank yall because I called Erie out and they did a complete inspection showing me pictures backing up their findings. I purchased a brand new fiberglass roof for 45k with a 30 year warranty. The house looks better than new and I'm saving big on my insurance and utilities and most importantly I never have to worry about calling you again. Don't quite understand your methodology about who you call back but it's obviously flawed.

And 8 weeks later, after complaining numerous times, and being given all the sob stories in the world, and all the lame excuses in the world, our lawn is actually looking terrible ( see pictures included ) and the owner of this company literally refused to take accountability for his actions, even having the nerves to mention possible " extra payments " if he had to come back to fix his own mistakes! Because of previous, good experience with them, we quickly responded that we would use H2 Renovations. Once the dry out work was done (including cutting portions of sheetrock out in 3 rooms to enhance drying and removal of wet insulation), carpenters Matthew and Jonathan showed up early one morning. They replaced and floated the sheetrock, reinstalled baseboards and shoe molding, replaced a bathroom door in less than two days. Painter Misa jumped right in to head up the painting effort (repainting the 3 affected rooms along with an adjoining hallway) with the help of Jesus, Junior, and Jose and a couple of other painters I didn't get the names of. Due to multiple coats and a few scheduling issues, the painting took about 9 days of work to complete, but we were thrilled to get all the repairs done in a little over a month. The office staff was attentive to our requests, and Bart kept in touch with us throughout the effort, maintaining a friendly, accommodating and very efficient oversight. Everyone involved was focused, efficient, and notably courteous while being very sensitive to our needs. There is no question that we would heartily recommend H2 to anyone in need of repairs or renovations. THANKS H2! Brenda & Rick Nichols
