They didn't use termite shields and didn't pull a permit for a structural repair which is required by the city. I had two contractors check the work and it will have to be completely redone. I was called names for telling them I wanted to have my home inspector check it. Once I informed them the work was not done properly and reminded them of their 2 year guarantee, I am being threatened with a lien. Never once have they offered to repair it properly. I responded to their emails letting them know I would pay when the inspection passed the work. The only ghosting happened to the home repairs not completed.

Tried to call Charles and his son about the disaster they left and they had another person tell me they were done and would not be back to correct these issues. My siblings and I needed to repair the foundation in our family home in Gibsland, LA. This company was paid $9000.00 plus we bought ALL materials. At the end of the day, ONLY one room was done. The other seven rooms of our home were NEVER repaired. Our family home is over 90 years old. When we started the process to install the base floor, we found that the ORIGINAL ROTTEN beams, under the house, were NEVER replaced - - Though that was included in work that was supposed to be done. We have proven IN COURT that the work was NOT done! This company has received the summons to pay and has made NO EFFORT to return our hard earned money!!! Please be aware of this company!!! They are SCAMMERS!!!
