Charles and his son were hard to reach. We had them come out to repair the slab. They did not evaluate the house and there were several areas that need leveling. Level Home did not remove the material they excavated from the yard and left the yard in worse shape. Tried to call Charles and his son about the disaster they left and they had another person tell me they were done and would not be back to correct these issues. This is not a company to do your slab foundation repaired or anything else for you. Please do not use them! They do not deserve to run a business and will charge you to cause more problems for you! read more

Selling my son's home, as he is serving our country on a submarine, he came out read in inspector's report and found that I only needed to extend the AC outlet pipe to stop the puddling of water under the house. Charles and his crew did an amazing job! I have a home with settling issues which was beginning to cause some real problems with flooring, wall cracking, doors that wouldn't close and finally a window that cracked due to the stress of shifting walls and framing. We wanted to perform some updates to our home and realized those efforts would be useless without fixing our foundation. We originally had a competitor bid the job but settled on Level Home after an extensive investigation by their sales rep. Charles and his crew arrived early on the date scheduled and worked meticulously to make sure everything was perfect. I was amazed to see them actually lift the home and reseat the pier and beam foundation to make it as level as the day it was built. I would definitely recommend Level Home over others. If I could give zero, I would. This company did the foundation work on my home 5 years ago. "Lifetime guarantee"........ so the outside wall thay piered, started sinking and cracking my drywall out. I called and scheduled a time for them to come out. No one showed when she (Jeanie) said they would so I called and she said it would be later in the day. Then guess what? No one showed. So I called the next day and the office manager (Jeanie again) said they couldn't make it out and she didn't know when they would be able to reschedule, so I started talking about legal action and she immediately put me in touch with the owner (Charles) who pawned me off on the co owner, and his son (Josh). Josh tells me my name wasn't on the board for the day before, then tells me he guarantees (without looking!!!!!) that its a moisture issue which "would void the warranty", but that they would send out the guys. When the guys come, first!! They park in my yard. Trailer and all. I have a sprinkler system and dont want people in my yard but why would that matter.. Anyway, poor business practices but moving on. They dug at the back of my house (the wrong side) with a mini x and broke my septic line, which I had to fix... So anyway, they jacked up the back (the wrong side) 3/8", or so they told my project manager (I own a construction outfit- which gets me around to how I know what side of the house needs to move). See, they came 4 hours early (which is good) but I was trying to get back to town to meet them, so my guy was doing the talking for me, telling them i was on my way etc. Which I was not far out but they werent going to wait. So their lead guy calls Josh and tells Josh he's not gonna wait around to argue with the F...... guy (me) and they load up and leave. I pulled in a few minutes layer. So I have some serious damage to my house right now and they aren't wanting to fix the root cause, their work. I've had one company- Permajack- out who also verified what side was failing... I guess I'm going to have to have them fix it and go the legal route or something from there. Heads up, this company is out for the "one and done". I witnessed no integrity. If you need more info, slide over to the BBB and check them out there. This is common for this company. The BBB has them rated as an "F". I'm sure alot of these 5 star reviews are paid or bribed reviews. So thats my deal. Watch, he will comment with, "your house was a moisture issue." That is what they do. read more

Hired Level Home to fix the foundation on my house before selling. They came and left leaving the house not only noticeable not level but put a bow in the bedroom floor that wasn't previously there. It took 2 months for them to return to fix the bow. They put too many shims in the floor and left a jack there. They stayed for 15 minutes never leveled the floor and said they'd be back. The house was under contract and the buyer had a foundation inspection. It did not pass and would take another 10100 to fix the errors made. I called and emailed multiple times but was informed that there was no one who could make a decision to fix the foundation until Nov 2. Consequently the contract of sale on my house was terminated. If you're looking for foundation help I would suggest going somewhere else. read more

Rude, rude, rude. Hired them to level house, since they were supposed to be the expert, we trusted them to know everything that was needed. They didn't finish, and just had inspector look and some beams were not supported. When I called they tried to say we were rude and hung up on us. We weren't rude just stating facts. Crooks, thieves, manipulators, drunks and all around terrible folks. I was warned about these people and I didn't listen. I invested thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars into helping Charles and Maria start their business. All they were supposed to do was give me 4% of they're gross sales. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We bought a house that needed new piers and beams and Level Home Repair came out, qouted us $10,000 for new piers and beams and level the whole home. They were out here for one day and said they completed the work, all day long the crew was more concerned about going deer hunting instead of their work. They convinced my wife to sign papers saying that the work was done. I got home from work and the floor was more unlevel and cracks in the walls. We had pictures of the house foundation pictures before we bought the house. We crawled into crawl space under the house, something we were trying avoid by having "professionals" do. What we saw was horrifying! It is now worse than before we bought the house. They have a jack pressing up against the floor, warping our flooring. They used broken bricks and concrete to put between the old piers and beams. NO NEW PIERS AND NO NEW BEAMS! We have complained to the company but their response is that they do 200 jobs a year and we're the only ones to complain. I am a 1st time buyer and needed a foundation repair quote for the loan officer to complete the purchase of the home. I looked on home advisor, within half a day of putting the request on the site I had received calls from both the owner and main foreman, despite the time of year and how busy they were they came to my town 1.5 hours away for a quote the VERY next day! The quote was very reasonable and the foreman assured me it was a day's worth of work only! not only that but they are going to quote me for my other needed repairs having to do with electrical and general handy work! very nice professional workers and in this day and age when large corporations are taking over it's refreshing to find a family owned/operating company with good values! I'm happy to hire this company and help a man support his family especially when they are SO nice! I'm sure after the work I'll leave another good review! read more
