They didn't use termite shields and didn't pull a permit for a structural repair which is required by the city. I had two contractors check the work and it will have to be completely redone. I was called names for telling them I wanted to have my home inspector check it. Once I informed them the work was not done properly and reminded them of their 2 year guarantee, I am being threatened with a lien. Never once have they offered to repair it properly. I responded to their emails letting them know I would pay when the inspection passed the work. The only ghosting happened to the home repairs not completed.

Appointment window was from 11-3 and I called at 2:45 to see if they were still coming. Person who answered the phone sounded like they just woke up and said they'd call the technician to see if they'd still be able to make it. No call back about anything. Just called my home warranty company to tell them to take JSP off their list because of all the bad reviews I've seen. Home warranty tried to call them and they didn't answer either.
