After vetting many companies, I came across Rudd's. Danny was the only inspector I could find who seemed to know the true detriment mold and mycotoxins can have on some people. No one else in my house was effected by the mold, but I could tell there was something there and Danny believed me. After doing an air sample with no evidence of mold spores, he went a step further and did a cavity sample in the wall. The results for mold were off the charts. Not only did he find the mold, he found the cause of water penetration.
