Even though their price was a bit higher than the company my agent recommended, I decided to go with them -- after all, buying a house only happens a few times in a lifetime, and you want true professionals for something that important. A few months later, I had a question and reached out to Ian -- that's when I truly understood why everyone gives them five stars. All of the basics were covered: there on time, took samples carefully and from inconspicuous areas, polite, tests came back reasonably quickly, etc. I imagine that any company that wants to stay in business would meet those standards. Where Geller Labs went from perfectly competent to AMAZING is in the patience Mr. Geller displayed with answering questions. My dad had come along with me for the test, and my dad had a ton of questions informed by his own experience as a builder and with indoor air quality. Mr. Geller spoke at length, answered every question, opened up an air vent to check inside the duct work, and basically covered everything twice. Professional, patient, competent, and a genuinely nice individual. Would totally recommend Geller Labs if you've got shady stuff happening in your house and you want it professionally investigated.

However, I can confidently say they were accurate. My experience matched exactly what others described. Mr. Rudd was responsive, communicative, professional, and maintained a positive demeanor throughout what was already a stressful situation. What stood out most was how thorough he was. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing quality service. He didn't just complete the job and disappear. He followed up the next day with a phone call to explain the results in detail and then sent an email that aligned perfectly with everything we discussed. My only con is the price. It was a bit expensive, but let's be honest... my con is almost always the price. Who actually enjoys spending a lot of money? No one! That said, the level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the experience worthwhile. I would absolutely use his services again and recommend him 100%. Unfortunately, given the nature of my situation, I have a feeling I may need his services again in the future. If that happens, he'll be my first call.

After vetting many companies, I came across Rudd's. Danny was the only inspector I could find who seemed to know the true detriment mold and mycotoxins can have on some people. No one else in my house was effected by the mold, but I could tell there was something there and Danny believed me. After doing an air sample with no evidence of mold spores, he went a step further and did a cavity sample in the wall. The results for mold were off the charts. Not only did he find the mold, he found the cause of water penetration. Danny, being experienced with many companies in his line of work, gave me the names/numbers of some top-notch remediation companies who proved to be great additions to my arsenal to combat my mold problem. During my experience Danny was there for me every step of the way. Always willing to help and was very reliable and responsive - normally with next day service. I was so impressed that I asked him to test my mothers house as well. Without Danny's help and guidance I may still be going in circles, trying to find the right company.
