It's not in a strip mall, rather, it's in a house on the second floor. You'll know you've found it when the cutest dog in the world comes up and sniffs your hand. Victoria was great, took me in (without appointment) and gave me a great service. So great, it was light years better than what I was used to getting at home. She also let me know that they do free touch ups between cuts.
