He is masterful with a straight razor, knows how to fade and work with my fine-ish hair, and overall pays attention to the small details that I typically have to point out with my other barbers. My husband's usual barber shop was booked out and this place popped up on yelp so we figured, why not? It's located in the little strip mall near Cachet and Adam & Eve on South Blvd. From the outside, it looks a little sketchy but on the inside it's modern, clean, and very new. The owner (I think?) was who cut my husband's hair (and trimmed my undercut). He was telling us that he worked in New York before this and that they've been open here for a few months. As far as the service goes, he was thorough, friendly, and very talented! For my husbands cut, hot towel, style, and my trim, it came to $20. I decided to give him a shot about 4 months ago and I haven't looked for a barber since. He is on point and and is a perfectionist. The location and the place itself are both great. Right in south end on South Blvd with plenty of parking. The prices are definitely lower than expected considering location. $23 for a men's haircut is an excellent value with the professionalism it's accompanied by. My mask was only off for the pics and the beard trim. They sanitize between each client and are always wearing masks. Easy to book as well by either calling or just booking online. Heads up, if you're going to book Sid just do it, because his appointments disappear very fast. You know that feeling of walking out after a haircut and just feeling so fresh, that's what you'll have after seeing Sid. read more

I've gotten 4 cuts here and this is the last in a string of progressively bad experiences with 4 separate Stylists. Molly spent the whole session telling me why the adjustments I was asking for were a bad idea, talked down to me, and by the end had barely cut my hair. Literally said I had to endure my "ugly cut" as it grows out. I left having lost all confidence in her ability to connect with my concerns and provide a quality haircut. A quick trim and reshape should not be complicated. Also I asked for my hair to be thinned, but she just seemed to want to move to her regular client who was booked right after me had been there since I arrived.
