Communication from the teachers and administration is top-notch! They do an excellent job of keeping us informed about upcoming events and sharing daily updates about our children. Every morning, when I struggle to get into the building while carrying my toddler and pushing a stroller, the staff hurry to the front door with smiles to help. Recently, I spent six weeks on crutches after knee surgery, and the staff helped me get the kids in and out of the car each day. We never experienced this level of genuine customer service at any of our previous daycares. Choosing a daycare for your children is a major decision, and it can feel overwhelming. My children are my top priority. Maintaining appropriate staff-to-student ratios and ensuring physical safety are the bare minimum. In my experience, many facilities struggle to meet even these basic expectations, let alone provide an authentic, nurturing, and loving environment like the one children should have at home. A favorite musician and band of mine was visiting, so we were ecstatic for the evening! The venue holds about 150-200 seats, and concerts do get sold out; they do offer a waitlist. And, like one of the attendee stated, 'there is no bad seat in the house' - it is small enough where there's no obstructed view! The sound system was great! The staff are all volunteers, and they are pretty friendly and helpful! If you got the munchies, there's a kitchen onsite that sells hot dogs, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, homemade treats (such as brownies, pies, and cakes), packaged candies/chocolates, and canned soda and bottled water. We tried their all-beef hot dog and a honey bun cake, and both just hit the spot and were super tasty! Prices are extremely reasonable! They also have licensed preschool classes, afterschool care, childcare, and pavilion rentals available. There is an adjacent parking lot, but the entrance is off the main road, so you just have to walk around. I have heard many parents say that infants don't need a curriculum, but at 2 we can see a clear difference in our son's learning vs. others his age. He learned sign language, English, and Spanish simultaneously! And without prompting he surprised us and counted to 10...he isn't even 2 years old yet!!! We are continuously amazed at how much he learns every day. It is clear that they have done thorough research into academic learning theories and methodologies and have combined the best of all of them into one great curriculum that works!!! Primrose uses Tadpoles to send photos and daily reports, which keeps us very in tune with his daily lessons.
