On…read moreseveral accounts I've made it home with moldy produce, poorly packaged meats (chicken specifically - they did not pack the chicken well AND put a damaged bag into the trunk of my car, leaving chicken juices everywhere), ridiculously packed bags (heavy cleaning supplies on top of produce). I've spoken to management and on one account had to have a refund...this is exhausting and i as the customer should not have to specify in the notes for my order to "be picky with produce and careful bagging"....that should just be the default. Sincerely, Tired of spending my money on bad food.

This Brown Derby is the vintage 18 year old cask whereas the others are just nice blends. Here you will find everything in the other shops but just so much more. Their selections of cigars, single malts, wines and accessories are beyond reproach. Just when you think you've seen it all, head over to the back room where they keep the REALLY good stuff! We went in for a bottle of wine. Four hundred dollars later ... you get my drift.

Stopped in for some fancy cranberry chutney for turkey day, some hard to find beer and got some hibiscus tea as a treat. My husband has been in a lot and says lots of regular come and seem to stay the whole day as there is always something to explore or a new find. For those that you can't find anything for - this is your one stop shop for someone who seemingly has everything.

I ended up ordering a solid maple, queen size bed, made to order. I brought in a shelf from an existing piece of furniture and Tony was able to supply a sample of an almost exact match color. Took 7 weeks from order to delivery. Delivery people were very professional and friendly. They put the bed together and placed my mattress on it in very short time. The bed is solid, sturdy and has a beautiful finish that matches my existing furniture. Their pricing is very competitive with the large furniture stores whose products are veneers, plastic and mass produced. No comparison in quality. Highly recommend Rustic Timbers for quality furniture and service.

We found a nice pleather sectional, which will fit our limited space in our new house wonderfully. The only hitch is that the delivery date is ... rather extended. The salesman was upfront about their not being able to get it for at least 4 weeks, due to Covid, and could not even give me a specific delivery date. He was extremely concerned that I might get frustrated with the wait and cancel the order down the road, which I get, so he didn't play any games about promising to get it to me by such and such a date. Apparently all of the furniture stores in town were having similar issues as almost every place we went gave us the same story. Either they were quick to point out that they had it in stock or said the wait may be a bit. I guess when Covid hit the warehouses, manufacturing centers and stores shut down but people were still at home ordering products online, so once the inventory in the warehouses was used up after lockdowns were lifted and deliveries could take place again new orders went into back order status. As I mentioned, this problem appears to be across the board in all the stores we went into. So I don't have the couch yet, and will wait patently for it. The price was good though, and it's a nice couch, so I am looking forward to getting it and will provide an update once I can actually land my butt on it.
