I ended up ordering a solid maple, queen size bed, made to order. I brought in a shelf from an existing piece of furniture and Tony was able to supply a sample of an almost exact match color. Took 7 weeks from order to delivery. Delivery people were very professional and friendly. They put the bed together and placed my mattress on it in very short time. The bed is solid, sturdy and has a beautiful finish that matches my existing furniture. Their pricing is very competitive with the large furniture stores whose products are veneers, plastic and mass produced. No comparison in quality. The salesman was upfront about their not being able to get it for at least 4 weeks, due to Covid, and could not even give me a specific delivery date. He was extremely concerned that I might get frustrated with the wait and cancel the order down the road, which I get, so he didn't play any games about promising to get it to me by such and such a date. Apparently all of the furniture stores in town were having similar issues as almost every place we went gave us the same story. Either they were quick to point out that they had it in stock or said the wait may be a bit. I guess when Covid hit the warehouses, manufacturing centers and stores shut down but people were still at home ordering products online, so once the inventory in the warehouses was used up after lockdowns were lifted and deliveries could take place again new orders went into back order status. As I mentioned, this problem appears to be across the board in all the stores we went into. So I don't have the couch yet, and will wait patently for it. The price was good though, and it's a nice couch, so I am looking forward to getting it and will provide an update once I can actually land my butt on it.

We never received the bundle package only the mattress protector. Salesman Louis, was notified multiple times and continued to lie to us. He finally told us we could pick up pillows and sheets at store. We picked them up and they were cheap walmart brand mainstay sheets and Allswell cooling pillows. We called him out on this and offered to return his walmart purchase so he could get his money back, to be told he did us a favor by buying walmart brand because the serenity package that we paid 400.00 for was " cheap stuff from dollar tree" Louis never tried to be honest or make restitution for the money we spent. We will never shop Ashley again and we could have ordered the bed online cheaper and received everything we paid for. No integrity or honesty with this salesman. We did report to corporate and of course they said they would " look into it" but have heard nothing further. Do not recommend shopping here if you want full disclosure and honesty.

They knew when I purchased their mattress that they were going out of business so they essentially stole from us. This is my payback for buying from local merchants vs the big box stores.
