I went in because I wanted to check out some of the guitars they talked about on their website which the owner custom made. Unfortunately they didn't have any to check out. However I noticed there was more than one poor review on Yelp regarding Grizzlies customer service. I wanted to chime in, as while I made it clear that I wasn't interested in buying anything I did have some general questions about their shop as I had never heard of them or their equipment before. The sales guy I was speaking with was more than happy to talk to me about them. Advising they were a local company, which designed their own equipment which they then had manufactured overseas, which is why it has their own logo on it. They do have one other show room out in Washington or Oregon the guy told me (I don't remember state to be honest) but that that showroom wasn't nearly as big as this one. So to be fair, while I didn't buy anything and can't attest to the quality of it, I will say that their customer service inside the store with somebody who was honest about not wanting to buy anything was pretty spot on.

I purchased from Baker Creek recently for the first time. The instability of things right now and the price of food has spurred me into more gardening than I have in years past. They have an interesting variety heirloom seeds, and some "bare root" plants and there was a number if things that caught my eye. I purchased two types of strawberries, two types of raspberries, and some boysenberries. Due to the issues currently happening with the USPS (some towns not even receiving mail for months on end) the shipment was delayed and many of the plants became decayed. I reached out to customer service with some photos the day of unpackaging and they replaced THE ENTIRE ORDER. I felt so guilty as I am trying to support small business not hurt them, and this was a shipping issue not a product issue. Jake in customer service assured me he was happy to replace the order and that I would not be charged a cent. I honestly can say that Jake and the rest of the Baker Creek customer service team are the kindest most responsive customer service people I have ever encountered. This company is incredibly professional. They live their values and provide an amazing product! As for the second batch of plants- they were pristine and green!
