Goat yoga
Renee G.

We went to Wildflower Farm specifically for goat yoga and it did not disappoint! Even on a sold out day, it seemed like just the right amount of people in attendance and everyone got some quality goat time. The yoga instructor did a great job, even with the distraction of these little guys running around! The farm staff was super friendly as well, and you can tell that they care very much for their animals. Thanks for such a fun and unique yoga experience!

I took my best friend for here for "Party in the Pasture" for her birthday. She loved it. We had so much playing and feeding the baby goats. I was a wonderful, memorable experience.

This goat is mocking me!

I'm not sure why this place is called Wildflower Farm as I don't remember a single flower from our visit. All I remember is awesome goats, friendly hosts and an unforgettable experience. We came for baby goat yoga and that was a great description of what we got! If you don't have a yoga mat, you can rent one for just $3. Even if you do have a yoga mat, you may want to bring the $3 anyway as you'll likely get milk drool or other goat slobber on the mat. We got there about 20 minutes before the start time, which gave us time to get a good spot in the "barn", then wander around the grounds and look at chickens, turkeys, pigs, piglets, goats and of course, baby goats. When the witching hour came, they opened the gates for the goats and they galloped towards the group of eager yoga goers and looked for the first bottle they could find to gulp the delicious milk from the bottles the hosts handed to all the attendees. It was so cool feeding the goat, but again, the drool was something to be mindful of. Then the Yoga started. It's kinda hard to actually do the yoga 100% as the goats are definitely in the way, but not in a bad way. They may jump right up on your back or chest, the can be coaxed by the staff with leaves and other tricks up their sleeves. They have the goats jump from person to person, place the goats directly on your back, and do their best to make sure everyone gets a goat at some point. Some of these goats were just days all and so adorable. There are many photo opportunities and you probably want to make sure you bring a friend so you can take pics when goats are on you in particular poses. The staff can take photos but this may happen after the session as they're busy with the group of people. The staff prepared free lemonade for everyone, had lots of merchandise for sale, and were all around just perfect hosts from directing us to park to exploring the grounds, catering to us during the yoga and seeing us off. This is definitely on our "return" list. Do yourself a favor and try this out, even if you just sit there and play with goats... it's worth every penny!

This is a cute little family owned and operated farm nestled in a quiet Orlando neighborhood. We purchased admission online for their pumpkin patch event in advance and showed up for our time slot. They only let a limited number in at a time so it's not crowded which is great! All of the people there were very friendly and helpful with parking and any questions. They had a large selection of pumpkins so we all grabbed some for Halloween. What's even cooler though is all of the animals! We saw chickens, turkeys, pigs (with cute little piglets), and the best part - baby goats! The little goats were in an area in which you could enter and spend some time petting them, watching them play, and hearing the adorable little sounds they make. I had a huge smile on my face the entire time! They had an area set up for refreshments; my boyfriend and I shared a delicious pumpkin chocolate chip cookie and I took advantage of the cold apple cider since it's too warm outside right now for the hot version. There were also nice photo op areas set up around the farm. We had a great time there with our friends and I will definitely be back to do their baby goat yoga and attend any other events they have!

This was a chosen reward for a contest at work, my theee employees had a freaking blast! The goats were cute, the yoga was good, the cheese was bomb.com. Price was very affordable ($25) and easy to get to. The next time I have time on the weekend I'm taking my son to see the farm.

If you haven't been here yet, you're truly missing out on one of my favorite Central Florida gems. Wildflower Farm is full of kindness, cuteness, and fun. It felt like the perfect way to enjoy the weekend. One of the owners said it best - you instantly transform into an excited kid after being surrounded by these amazing baby animals! Their energy is so contagious!! When we arrived, the parking situation was a little tight. One of the owners was kind enough to stand by and guide cars into the correct spot to make room for everyone. There was complimentary lemonade waiting for us near a table with tons of awesome items: farm-fresh eggs, homemade goat milk soap, shirts, and other goodies. We also noticed a tent (for small events?) and a large chair for a photo op. Past that is where the real fun began!! We were led to a covered area with hay bales to sit on. After the goats were let out of the gate, they came racing over to our groups. We bottle fed them (which was so adorable), which was followed by multiple rounds of yummy snacks. The owners were so easy to talk to and helped guide the goats into absolutely perfect photo positions - one stood on my shoulders for a few minutes! You can totally walk around to interact with other animals as well. We saw turkeys, chickens, adult goats, and pigs. They looked so happy and healthy! And if you want to learn more about them, the last portion of the evening comes with the option of watching them get treats. The hour costed $15/person - well worth it, if you ask me. It was an adults-only event, but there are other events that are family friendly, as well as goat yoga! I'll be trying that next time :)

This family owned farm in Orlando gives locals the opportunity to spend time with the animals- specifically the baby goats!! They have special time slots you can select to bring your kids along OR they have adults only time slots. I went to their " party in the pasture " offerings for adults 18+. You can BYOB if you desire. They even offer baby goat yoga. Aside from baby goats, there are adult goats (obviously... how else would the baby goats get there LOL), pigs and chickens as well I went home with a happy, stress free heart... AND some fresh chicken eggs! I highly recommend checking this place out ASAP!

This is my happy place

This is my second time doing goat yoga at this farm and I have to tell you that with all the stress going on in the world this is exactly what everyone needs. The day I went they had BRAND NEW babies and they got to try their first class and it was absolutely adorable. We had goats fall asleep on us and jump on our backs. We even got to feed them their bottles at the end of class. It's an hour of joy. YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR LIFE. I love what they have done with the place... lots of cute upgrades to their shelter and the added fans and lights are a great addition. Yoga instructor is calm and sweet and realizes you are there mostly for the goats ;) Owners are super pleasant and truly want you to get the most out of the experience. They also sell eggs, soaps, etc. before and after class. I have never bought any but I appreciate that.

This place is absolutely amazing! We use to come here often when my daughter was in daycare and it was just such a relaxing experience. The goats become your little furry friends. They are so adorable, loving and gentle to have around your presence. I also had my daughter's birthday party at this farm. Everyone raves about it till this day. The owner's are so accommodating at my daughter's party. Not only is this such a cool experience to enjoy but you should also throw your child's next birthday at wild flower farm.

Loved this place so so much! They have weekday and weekend classes which make it's so easy su for just about anyone to be able to do it. You pay ahead of time online and I arrived about 10 minutes early. They have a large area that is covered for the yoga class as well as lots of animals around the farm that you can walk around and visit. You start off with the class by bottle feeding the goats and it is the coolest thing ever. Then once you start class they are all over you! The owners go around with some leaves and plants that they east to keep them interested and around us. The yoga class itself was super easy and very basic leveled for anyone to easily be able to follow. You could also stop and just sit and bet the goats. After class you have a few minutes to continue to play and take your pictures. They have lots of events and also have yoga mats to rent if you don't own one.

Goat yoga was a blast although there was not so much yoga but a whole lot of baby goats! The baby goats were well taken care of, friendly, and ready to play! You can also see the rest of the farm like the bugs, chickens, and more. We loved our experience and will be back again!

This is a cute little farm where you will get to interact with a lot of baby goats. I brought my two-years-old to attend their Fables on the Farm on Wednesday morning, the website with class schedule and FAQs is very helpful, they are very popular though so make sure you look up and make an appointment a few weeks ahead for the class you want (they have limited spots and they do sell out rather quickly). They also offer private event which I sent an email to ask for some details and Linda was very fast in responding to my emails as well as very helpful in making suggestions. Their parking lot is pretty small, so I'd suggest to go a bit early for the ease of parking. We were greeted before it was time to open the gate, they opened the gate about 20 minutes prior to the event so we were able to walk around and take a lot of photos with our little ones before the event begun. Noted this is a small farm so there's only chicken, pigs, and goats; with that being said, everything is very well maintained and their photo set ups are really cute as well. There were also some ant hills on the farm so beware of them while letting your little ones ran wild. The Fables on the Farm event began with a story book, then followed by feeding the baby goats. The baby goats are super adorable and the workers there are very friendly (they actively made sure every kid there is talked to and given leaves to feed the baby goats). That is really not a easy thing to do in the middle of lots of kids and baby goats = chaos. At one point my toddler felt so comfortable that he went and raised his arms toward farmer Zach wanted him to hold him, which he never did to a stranger. They also provided baby wipes along with surface sanitizer and hand sanitizer which were much needed. The baby goats were doing their #1/#2 businesses while getting fed, and the toddlers don't really mind but parents like me do (so these cleaning essentials are very appreciated). They also have a table for lemonade and selling some farm goods by the front gate, we definitely wanted to try their egg next time since we weren't able to purchase any by not bring a cooler and had to go to lunch after the event. Other than being small, this farm really has everything that will allow your family to make lasting valuable memories together.

Went to their pumpkin patch for the first time and had a lot of fun seeing their goats and piglets! The family was extremely nice and it was a great set up, also a fair price.

What can I say! I love Project 7 Yoga!…read more I have been coming to this studio on and off for years (starting back in 2018-ish). During the earlier stages of my time coming here, I'd usually only go to their Yin / Deep Stretch classes because I had a pretty solid work-out regime outside of yoga. So, the deep stretching was a great balance to my primarily cardio-based routine. It was not until last year, that I fully committed to a membership and it's been the best decision I have ever made. Though I am not a complete novice to the practice of yoga (as I have been doing it on and off with no real consistency since middle school when it was recommended as physical therapy to me by my doctor), I am a novice to being consistent with my practice of yoga. Signing up for a membership, has been the game changer. The instructors are amazing. Patient yet encouraging. They take the time to learn your face (and name) which just makes attending the studio feel that just more like a supportive friend group. Though, they offer primarily heat based classes, do not FEAR it. The heat is bearable. It's almost as if with each passing move you are sweating out the negative energy of the day, toxins, and any bad vibes you may have had following you that day. You leave feeling refreshed, inspired and deeply proud of yourself for showing up for YOU. Needless to say, I am a total fan of this studio. The space is clean and there is ample parking. They offer great membership packages as well as reasonable drop-in class prices. They also host various restorative events like crystal bowl meditations. And if yoga is your calling, fret not, because you can also go through instructor training under their tutelage. I say all that to finally say, if you have not been, I definitely recommend giving this studio a go! You won't regret it! Peace & Love. Namaste.

I was so excited to hear that Firefly Yoga would be coming back to Downtown Orlando. They used to have a studio next to The Sanctum, then opened their second studio in Ocoee, and eventually focussed solely on the Ocoee studio for a few years. When I heard they were returning, I was blown away by their new model. A passionate group of yoga instructors banded together to create The Collective, where they volunteer to teach classes. With this model, the money they collect goes straight to rental of the space (and tea, if they ever make more than they need to keep the studio open). This means that the prices are some of the lowest in Orlando. The drop-in rate is $8 (WUT.) and unlimited yoga is $60/month (will increase to $70/month for new members starting in June '19). This is absurdly low and only makes sense because this is less of a business and more of a passion project to bring Firefly back to Orlando. Right now, the schedule is as follows (taken from their website): MONDAY 10am all-levels Flow | 7pm all-levels Flow TUESDAY 6am Power | 6:30pm find a Firefly teacher at East End Market for an all-levels flow class that is donation-based WEDNESDAY 12pm all-levels Flow | 6:30pm Ashtanga-Inspired | 7:45pm YIN THURSDAY 5:30-7:30am Open Practice* | 4:30pm Ashtanga-Inspired | 6:30pm Ashtanga-Inspired FRIDAY 6:30pm all-levels Flow SATURDAY 11am Wild Card (teachers will rotate each week, so come for a surprise of personality and style!) I would always check their website because classes are occasionally canceled when COAL (the space within which Firefly is located) is booked for a special event. Parking is on-street and behind the building (plentiful), and the location is conveniently right across from Dandelion (TAKE ALL OF MY MONEYYYY). It was a really welcoming environment from right when I walked in. Lynn, our class instructor, showed me to the cubbies and explained everything after I got checked in. She was so kind to give me a heads up about the class format which was super nice to know. In the 90 minute class there's no music and it's all spoken instruction and timing through 26 movements (I think that was the number). It was a much different setup then any other yoga class I've been in so it was really nice to know that beforehand. The way Lynn instructed was very matter of fact- she knew the names of all the participants well, even myself as a first timer. Some may have taken it a wrong way when she calls your name to correct your form, but once you get used to it it was actually really nice. She paid close attention to everyone in the room even though it was full, to make sure everyone was getting the most out of it. I really appreciated the corrections as I still don't know a lot of the verbiage with yoga flow so I got lost at different points but Lynn always patiently pointed me to the correct direction. My class members were so supportive and even though 90 minutes in a hot room was so hard, it felt amazing after. They do have showers there as well so you can clean off right away after class. They offer the normal 60 minute hot yoga, hot pilates classes, and a few other things. It seems like a great community here that I'll definitely try to come back to even though I don't live in the Orlando area!
