Washed it out and because it was a demi not a permanet she had to do it again. And then it still wasn't dark enough. Then she told me that my hair would not hold anymore color. What she didnt realize is I also went to cosmetology school. She did not have to do color correction and if she would have used a permanet color she wouldn't of had to do it twice. Then turned around and charged me 195.00 dollars. That's a big jump from 120.00. I will never ever go back. Amy was nice good conversation. But now I have scabs in the back of my head. I brought my daughter into another stylist and it looked exactly the same when she was done, She wanted a color and then she said I could bring her back the next day for a do over. I was charged 100 and it still looked exactly the same. We also had to wait when we had an apt time because she had booked other clients in between. I talked to the owner who told me she would take care of it and never called me back so after a month I called her and she said she talked to the hairstylist and that there is nothing basically she can do. I was very disappointed in her reply. Nothing about coming in to see what we can do, or at least half of the money returned.. very un happy with this salon.

He did a wash and straightened my hair before cutting because I have naturally curly hair. I usually have a very hard time finding someone who is able to cut my thick curly hair. I came in hoping he could fix a mistake from another salon. He listened to what I wanted done and I showed him two pictures of the style that I wanted. He took his time with the cut to make sure it was how I wanted it. My hair turned out amazing! Now I have a long lob that I can sleek flat or wear with my natural curls! Very happy! A Royal haircut!
