Horrible, I was badgered for 3 weeks to drive my Harley up there to trade it in, I got 3 or 4 calls a day, even after I told them about my credit situation they swore up and down that if it could be done, they could do it, I even still have all the voicemails promising I would be pleasantly surprised and would leave on the bike of my dreams, I explained how my bike was not safe to drive and that I could not come up there and be expected to drive that motorcycle back because there was no way on God green earth that it was even safe enough to drive up there. I mean the saddlebags fell off one of them anyway, for God sake on my way there the thing is falling apart the lights barely work. Brakes are failing. I have no back brakes at all the clutch slips and it's got 80,000 miles on it but they assure me I would be fine if I just showed up well I made the drive which took me three hours to get there which should've only been an hour and a half because I had to constantly stop and work on the bike only to get there and within 20 minutes, shut down and told there was nothing that they could do about it and ask if My Wife would cosign when I said she would and she filled out the application online which they kept saying that they did not get which is a both face lie because I know for a fact, they got it because I'm the one who filled it out right there in front of them with her on the phone with me I should've known about going up there because I was a little apprehensive about even dealing with Harley Davidson after the episode, I had last year at the Dealership in Knoxville, who basically stole $500 from me by convincing me that it was customary for a $500 tip to be given to the sales manager whenever you get a new bike and I did not even get a new bike. I ended up with a Kawasaki Vulcan, which was in no way shape or form a Harley Davidson, which is what I dreamed of having my whole life by the way the Vulcan ended up catching on fire, not long after but needless to say they are all salesman and they only wanna do and say anything they can to get you on a bike to get your money they don't care nothing about you. They don't care nothing about me. They did not care whether or not I died or not on the way home on that motorcycle because I ran into a storm not just a little one a huge one and I had to drive home and that shit it took me five hours so I have been basically turned off to Harley Davidson now I love the box and everything but as far as the name goes in the service that's associated with it now there's no way in hell I would buy one and I'm going to encourage as many people as possible to follow the same suit like I said money that's all they see read more

As part of Berea College's Entrepreneurship for the Public Good Summer Institute responsibilities, my cohort had the task of visiting this grand store. As soon as I walked in through the doors, I was welcomed by many smiles and assistence. We talked to a couple of bikers and employees, but Charlotte Sizemore, a sales clerk for the company, gave me a new perspective on the company. Even though she had a tight schedule, she offered to answer some of my questions I had about the company. I was able to learn the history of Harley Davidson and how she is very content and honored to work for such a company that provides its customers with a tool for them to explore freedom. Before this visit, I was not a fan of two wheel motorized vehicles, but my now I have connected to the "Let Freedom Roar" quote they have posted, and one day would like to purchase my personal styled bike. The most amazing Harley-Davidson retailer in Kentucky. The staff and mechanics are great people and super friendly. They provide all types of services from mechanics, to license courses, a big rest area with cheap drinks, snacks, and complimentary beverages, and maps with the best scenic routes in America. They have the best selection of Harley outfitting that I've ever seen, clothing, jewelry, home decor. You can build your own custom bike right in the shop! They're also on Facebook and Instagram. They advertise rallies and rides throughout the entire area. Just amazing service! read more

I'm not a motorcycle rider, and I don't think I ever will be, but coming from an outsiders prospective, this place completely blew my mind. All the motorcycles were so beautiful, and there was such a large selection of gear and clothing! They even had an area where you could customize your own bike! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They taught me a thing or two about the Harleys and biking in general. There was also hot chocolate and coffee available for free to the public. This business is seriously impressive! The large nice parking lot is just the beginning of this store. Once inside the different arrays of motorcycles to leather jackets are each made of the finest quality and therefore come with a fine price. Harley Davidson - the two words explain it all! The Wildcat Harley Davidson was a store that captivated me the second I walked in. I'm not a biker, neither am I a fan. But everything about the store was so attractive that I drew me in. Just went through the Wildcat Harley Davidson store and I am very impressed with the customer service and the variety of wares to suit every motorcycle rider's needs. It even has vending machines and an ATM in case you need to get some cash out. I would recommend this for anyone who has a passion for riding on their motorcycle. read more
