Good prices and easy to work with, even on out of state returns. I will order from them again.

It's a shame that Fun For All Motorsports has so few reviews! I'm sure they have had numerous happy…read morecustomers! Count me as one of them. Well, mostly my grandson because he gets to ride what I bought. It was a gift to him. But I was still a very happy customer! We just moved to Kentucky in February 2021. We live in Brownsville. The first week we were here, my grandson called all around to research who had what bikes. He said that he'd found what he wanted at Fun For All Motorsports in E-town. It was an hour away, but it was well worth the trip. My grandson went in first to verify the deal. I was a bit hobbled, so stayed in the car until he let me know all was well. He came out and notified me that he was going to the shop for them to show him some things about the bike, so I went in to pay. Lori, the owner, had already made my grandson feel right at home. She did the same with me. She and I chatted quite a while. My grandson came back into the showroom a bit later and was wearing a beautiful helmet that matched his bike. I asked him if he wanted that to be part of the purchase of his new bike? He replied, "No! Lori just gave it to me!" Call me skeptical. I asked her about it. I was sure it was just a current promotion: Buy a bike, get a helmet. But no, Lori said she really did just give it to him. She liked him and was excited for him, so it was a gift from her heart. Oh man - BIG goose bumps! That was an amazing thing for a business owner to do. You can be sure that if I ever need something else that she sells, I will be going back. What great customer service! Thank you, Lori. You and all that work with you are really good people. P.S. - Here is a Youtube video that I posted of Jarod's first ride back at the house. It didn't matter to him that we were in the middle of a fairly uncharacteristic week of ice and snow, he wanted to ride. I was impressed that he didn't dump it. Such fun! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GcJRZ8zHLuA&t=40s

My review is on the parts and service side of this Business. I bought a used Polaris not from Rex's…read moreCycle Shop. And I was very concerned about a noise that sounded like it was coming from the transmission. I called to get some information about the the 4wheeler and the lady from service if I could bring it by so one of her mechanics and look at it. I have to say I thought to myself oh boy here we go, this is going to be expensive. I brought the four wheeler the flowing day And unloaded from the trailer. Without hesitation she had one of the mechanics come out and take it for a test drive. He told me what thought was wrong with it and even took a few minutes to explain what was happening. And then he asked me would you like us to fix it or can we get you the parts. Let me stop here! I was truly taken back you're not gonna tell me it's a major repair only can be serviced by their dealership. And then I thought the price of the part is going to be outrageous. So I went inside And they were already looking up the part. I asked how much and to my surprise it was in line with everything I had seen online that's right no gouging the prices just because they had it there in stock. Now I can't give a review on the sales people because like I said I did not buy the 4wheeler there but I have to say that made the whole experience more impactful. Maybe it was the personality of the service and parts department but these guys have made an impression that I went through the time to download Yelp (something I never do) and leave positive feedback. Kudos people I really appreciate great service and Rex's cycle shop delivered that to me thank you.

I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option. We drove 1.5 hours for a part we were told,…read moreat another cycle shop, that they had in stock. We simply asked if they had these parts and the whole entire encounter, Matt if I recall correctly, who is family with ownership, was INCREDIBLY rude to us. I have never had such a negative customer service experience. Neither of us were rude, even when they didn't have the specific part we came all the way here for. We regret even purchasing the parts they did have that we needed. We politely asked for the part number, he said no. Rest assured, he wrote no returns on receipt, but we thought he was previously joking about the part number and that's what he was writing. Likely just to proceed being a douche. We asked him why we couldn't know the part number, he said because he could order it. Of course, he was rude about that too and never once did he mention or offer being able to order it. No worries though, we will NEVER do business with a place that allows their family members and staff to treat customers so disrespectfully.
