We rushed in & immediately asked where the restroom was. Some people might give you a dirty look but Rebecca welcomed us in & pointed us in the direction of the cleanest restroom w the coolest water faucets! We started shopping & as we walked towards the shirts the manager Stevie smiled, said hello & offered to help us find anything we needed. She told us about awesome specials (& we ended up feeling the need to take advantage of all of them! Some of them a few times, like the Harley Duffel bags) While shopping Danielle checked on us also. She was friendly too & we loved her accent! (& we are Texans, so we know accents ) We love shopping at Harley but shopping at a store w friendly people makes it an even MORE FUN experience! About an hour & over $300 later.... My husband, myself, my nieces & my mom walked out happy & with our hands full of shopping bags! My mom even ran back in to buy another duffel bag... (Btw, we had JUST spent almost $200 at Man O War Harley about 2 hours earlier ) This is the perfect Harley Dealership to stop at. They had everything you could possibly want... from poker chips to the nicest Harleys I have seen anywhere! If you are traveling & can't decide which HD to stop at in Kentucky.... THIS is the one!!! Last, out front there is a cool, old truck that is perfect for photos! My nieces & I took advantage of the opportunity!

The dealership apparently doesnt honor the trivial military discount because the salesman could never produce where the discount was on paper. This rubbed me the wrong way, not because i feel like im owed anything but when a dealer says they support veteran/first responders, then I want to see it. Next the salesman acted as if they couldnt come off msrp, this is a walking point for me, at no point is any dealership going to lose money if they are within thousands of msrp. Beware, the con man games are strong at this location.

Most of the time you're made to feel like a ghost when walking into a business. Well, not here, the employees here are genuine and welcoming and that's a fact! I brought my 2021 Cadillac XT6 in for repair. I was referred to them by CarMax. Fox Total Car Care confirmed with me they'd honor my MaxCare warranty. The service writer mentioned to me they really don't like to take on these warranty repairs because the insurance companies are so slow to pay. I showed up 30 minutes early due to the snowy weather, my appointment was scheduled at 9am. They took my info minutes after I walked in and at 9am, the service tech introduced himself and asked me all of the pertinent questions for him to begin to troubleshoot my vehicle. I must admit, I'm not used to folks being so kind to start a Monday morning. Fox Total Car Care took about 3 hours to diagnose my vehicle's issues. Unfortunately for me, FTCC could not fix my XT6 due to Cadillac's proprietary software upgrades. They fully explained their inability to fix my vehicle. But, the owner personally spoke to me with a full explanation and I'm very satisfied with that. I wish they could have fixed my XT6, but I understand why they could not. Now I'm off to a dealership for its repair. I highly recommend Fox Total Car Care. They're honest and that's all you can ask for.
