Dead. Jumped it. It starts but won't stay on. Tasha helped me get a tow truck and VIC diagnosed the problem. Done before their closing time. Vic had to run and get me a new battery from a dealer Nearby ( the one that told me I had a 2 week wait time to get in their service schedule) Vic and his wife are motorcycle riders and they helped me knowing that I'm from chicago headed to Asheville NC and they have been in the same predicament as I am now. While we appreciate the technicians attempting to check our air leak, the inspection did not feel…read morevery thorough. The shop quickly concluded they could not find the leak, even though there was clearly a significant air leak still present. The receptionist who answers the phone was excellent and very professional, and we want to acknowledge that. However, we were intitially overcharged and had to ask for the corrections to the bill. A road call fee was added even though we brought the truck directly to their shop. When we questioned the charges for what ended up being no actual repair, the main concern seemed to be getting the bill paid rather than addressing the issue with the diagnosis. We understand that diagnosing truck problems takes time and we are always willing to pay for legitimate service. Unfortunately, in this case the inspection felt rushed and the problem was not resolved. We are not leaving this review to unfairly criticize the business, but simply to share our experience so other drivers know what to expect if they need repairs in the Somerset, KY area. Hopefully the shop can improve their diagnostic process and customer communication going forward.

The next morning I called them right after they opened and explained what had happened and that we were trying to be in Cincinnati for a graduation that day. He asked what time we needed to be there and he said he would see what he could do. They found the parts, got them installed and had us done by 11:15am. We made it to the graduation and sat down with 1 minute to spare. As much as the invoice stung when I looked at the price break down the invoice was fair. I don't feel they took advantage of us or charge any rush fee. If I lived there I would use them for all my repairs. If you are stuck on the 75 north near mile marker 26 use these guys.
