Bob the owner and his staff are very helpful and friendly and will get you back out on the road quickly. Nice selection of products. In the winter, the building is heated by an old wood burning stove that makes the place a cozy stop on a cold ride. I always feel welcome just to come and chat as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, ALL AROUND GREAT SHOP. Sidenote: Bob, the owner, also has one of the gnarliest beards I have ever seen in my life. All should aspire to achieve such greatness.

I tend not to focus that much on service because it varies person to person, but it wasn't ideal. My potatoes were likewise fine, but I wasn't sold that either was worth the cost or the wait. The chai latte I really came for had a peppery kick and wasn't sweet at all, which may be a good or a bad thing depending on one's perspective. I could imagine them doing better, and particularly I wonder if it's better to eat in person.

When I got in the store, I can't remember the man's name. He did great time repair and tune up my bike and did the bike ride test. Everything was good. It only took 10 to 15 minutes. I was happy that he did it well. The price is reasonable. I highly recommended this store for any general maintenance on bike.
