This store was out of…read morestock on a discounted phone they had on display and the CSR (Amanda) hesitated and did not want to check if the RS down the street had this unit available. The store utilizes their caller ID to not answer calls from their competitors (Office Depot). I don't care for retailer games when it comes to price matching and I'm not sure what the big deal was anyway since they did not have the unit. After about an hour of OD trying to call RS for a price check I decided go back to the RS and take a picture of the tag and phone. When I walked into RS the same CSR saw me and began to chuckle, I went to the phone section and the tag and unit where suspiciously removed. She went to the backroom while I was looking at their phones trying to find the discounted unit on display. I'm sure she when to the backroom to let her boss/manager know that I was back. When she went back to the counter I approached her and told her that OD had been trying to call but they (RS) would not pickup the phone. She said they had been extremely busy...there was not one customer in the store on my first visit earlier in the day nor when I returned. The phone rang and I'm sure it was her boss that was in the backroom watching me on the camera. Since there were no customers I decided not to make a scene. She was playing the I'm on a call with a customer, I didn't want to waste anymore of my time so I walked out. Bottom line is: THIS STORE LACKS SERVICE AND INTEGRITY. If Radio Shack corporation is reading this post I would advise that you review or audit both your franchises in Somerset, KY.

I went here tonight to pick up a canvas around 9pm when they closed, the photo guy had already left…read moreand the canvas was not priced for the cashier (Tyler) to scan it so I could pay. He called management and a very nice man named Allen came out and figured out what to do! He then called over a lady named Sherry whom was working over in electronics that usually works in the photo center to come over and help me out. She showed Allen how to price things without the scanner with a very nice attitude and got my total price for my canvas so I was able to pay. Probably the best experience I've had so far in Walmart in my 8 years of living in Somerset! Thank you so much Allen and Sherry for helping me get my canvas! It's so nice to know that there are still some amazing people out there! 5 STARS!

Crickets 14 day trial gives bogus information.  The trial had good service, but when we signed up…read morewe had no service coverage at our home.   We could not get a refund for the 30 day prepaid service despite coming back in 2 days after signing up and not being able to use the service.   This was false advertising and a scam to pretend we could use the service and sell us a service plan without coverage.     We had to switch carriers and are out the month's worth of service cost that we cannot use.    Very shady business practices.   They changed all my phone settings without asking and made my phone unusable also so I had to reset to factory defaults to restore my phone. Do not visit this phone carrier or buyer beware.
