I called and talked to Justin about a set of 10 foot ramps, he said he thought they were 10 foot but wasn't sure. I asked him to please measure them to confirm. He put me on hold and was gone for awhile, came back and said yes he measured them and confirmed they are indeed 10 foot and fold in the middle. My wife made a special trip (little over a hour drive one way) to pick these up. Needless to say they were not even 8 foot long and my wife and I are furious! Of course Justin and all management were gone to lunch (according to the others that were there).
