They put it on the rim, balanced it, and even let us borrower a jack so we could replace another tire on our trailer. They worked quickly and were very kind/ professional the entire time.

I went to the store and asked if they could come look at it right quick. I didn't have a jack or the correct tools with me to fix it. I asked if one of their techs would come down and look at it. He wouldn't come look at it at all or even offer a solution! The owners exact words were "Sounds like you're in a rock in a hard place" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give zero stars I would. Not friendly. This shop won't be open for long with this kind of poor business. DO NOT recommend doing business with them.

He even called back a few hours later and offered to pick us up and drop us off at a hotel if we needed! He was amazing!! So respectful and very kind. THEY FOROGT TO TIGHTEN DOWN ALL BOLTS TO THE TRANSFER-CASE. Completely loose transfercase and it broke the plate again and leaked all fluid out and burnt up my transfer-case and transmission! Owner said he wasn't gonna take blame because I should have "checked over him". They didn't want to pick it up or anything. Quality and value of customers clearly isn't on their charts.
