They were upfront in letting me know that they were short staffed and probably wouldn't be able to get to it that day and that they were closed on Saturday. The guy on the phone found a shop that was open on Saturday's without me asking for his help with that. 5 stars for being friendly and going beyond his duty to recommend a competitor that worked with my schedule.

She was amazing in helping my daughter through the decision of Tacoma, Frontier, F150, Ranger and Bronco. My daughter settled on a Bronco but the one she wanted was several hours away. Last Friday I went in to pick it up and they apologized for it not being ready, and I went in Monday to check on it and the service manager there was rude and condescending.
