I went to the store and asked if they could come look at it right quick. I didn't have a jack or the correct tools with me to fix it. I asked if one of their techs would come down and look at it. He wouldn't come look at it at all or even offer a solution! The owners exact words were "Sounds like you're in a rock in a hard place" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give zero stars I would. Not friendly. This shop won't be open for long with this kind of poor business. DO NOT recommend doing business with them.

He offered to drive us to another tire place in Corbin as well as tow our jet ski from the back of our camper. He didn't want to accept payment but of course we still paid him for his time. He even called back a few hours later and offered to pick us up and drop us off at a hotel if we needed! He was amazing!! So respectful and very kind. I would definitely recommend calling for any vehicle needs, Zak was a great guy!
