THEY FOROGT TO TIGHTEN DOWN ALL BOLTS TO THE TRANSFER-CASE. Completely loose transfercase and it broke the plate again and leaked all fluid out and burnt up my transfer-case and transmission! Owner said he wasn't gonna take blame because I should have "checked over him". They didn't want to pick it up or anything. Quality and value of customers clearly isn't on their charts.

Telling me I have to get my car off the road because it's obstructing traffic. Which in the picture you can see is not true because his big tow truck fits perfectly facing on coming traffic. I show him my husbands car at this point cause he is almost to us but ole boy just keeps talking and I reluctantly give up my keys because I'm afraid I'll get in trouble for having my car on the side of the road. Now my husband calls to go get the car and is informed it will be $250 because my insurance will not pay for the tow because I was at fault for the wreck. Which I know I am at fault but I told him 3 or 4 times that I was waiting for my husband so he could make the call on the tow because I was not in the state of mind to make this call!
