We drive like old people because we are old people ... we never have mechanical issues with anything, but we bought the Alpha Priority One warranty they offered because we are retired on a fixed income. In about 2K miles it developed a serious vibration requiring a Torque Tube. The Dealer service department handled everything under warranty at no charge to me. This is a known problem with these C7 Corvettes. The new one failed right away, evidently having the same problem common to so many. The Service Department explained that the part was OEM new, but must have been older stock with the same problem. The Service Department contacted Chevy and obtained a new Torque Tube with the issue corrected. Shortly thereafter, the car developed another problem and both rear axle shafts were replaced with new OEM parts at no charge to me. At that point, the repairs would have been more than $10K if I was paying for them. At 65, I've had more warranty issues with this car than all the other cars I have owned in my life combined, but that's fine. Anything mechanical can have issues, but the car drives like brand new now, They way we drive, it averages more than 35MPG on the highway ... pic attached since I know that is hard to believe if you haven't owned late model Corvettes. I brought my 2021 Cadillac XT6 in for repair. I was referred to them by CarMax. Fox Total Car Care confirmed with me they'd honor my MaxCare warranty. The service writer mentioned to me they really don't like to take on these warranty repairs because the insurance companies are so slow to pay. I showed up 30 minutes early due to the snowy weather, my appointment was scheduled at 9am. They took my info minutes after I walked in and at 9am, the service tech introduced himself and asked me all of the pertinent questions for him to begin to troubleshoot my vehicle. I must admit, I'm not used to folks being so kind to start a Monday morning. Fox Total Car Care took about 3 hours to diagnose my vehicle's issues. Unfortunately for me, FTCC could not fix my XT6 due to Cadillac's proprietary software upgrades. They fully explained their inability to fix my vehicle. But, the owner personally spoke to me with a full explanation and I'm very satisfied with that. I wish they could have fixed my XT6, but I understand why they could not. Found several thing not done, broken and billed to the insurance company that were never put on vehicle. 1. Plastic trim clips were not replaced on some parts. 2. Rear plastic rock shield had all plastic clips broken off/ screw missing, held on only by the mud flap,. 3. Front body mounts were not torqued, losing one of the pinch nut and almost lost the bushing and washer along with it. (Pinch nut on the other side was about to drop off as well). 4. I have had to align the front fender and hood for fit. 5. Their attempt to duplicate the rock guard on the new CAPA fender was pathetic. They didn't even try to match the OEM fender, just sprayed some type of coating on and called it good. 6. The spot welds were left to rust, no paint applied at all. 7. The worst is that they reused several parts (some damaged in wreck) and billed the insurance company close to $500 for their replacements. (They billed for a "Nameplate" for the front door, my truck does NOT have nameplates on any door. I have contacted my insurance company. So far, I have painted the welds, replaced the broken trim and missing fasteners. I am still in the process of correcting the sloppy work and still discovering thing that they failed to do. They figured I won't check their work, figured things not readily visible can be left unfixed/replaced. I regret taking it to them. Oh yes, it looks like I will have to do some paint touch-up on the hood, some of the edges look like the paint was rubbed off, and I still have to correct the rock guard coating on the front fender. One last thing. Please! GO SOME PLACE ELSE!

My car fender was damaged by road debris. Right fender had to be replaced and the doors on the…read moreright side had to be repainted. Pros: Got an estimate for insurance in just a few minutes. Excellent body work. My car looked like new when finished. Cons: Took 3 weeks to get an appointment to start the work. To paint the doors, the door handles had to be removed and when they were reinstalled none of the electronic door functions worked (keyless entry, power locks, power open/close). When I pointed out the issue they did a quick test to confirm the problem then just told me they did know what the problem was and could not fix it. They told me to contact my insurance and get permission for more work from the local dealership. It took another 2 months and several visits for the dealership to schedule the work, diagnosis the issue, order 2 new door handles and replace the handles. My insurance covered it all, but it was a long and frustrating experience.
