I've had many vehicles and always had windows tinted, this was by far the best! In the past windows had to remain closed for 24 hours, with Dustin's process there's no waiting, windows can be rolled down immediately. The best part, there's no visible cut line at bottom of window. If you want perfection, Dustin is the person to see.

Took it to Toyota dealer and the charged $120 to look at it and said definitely the windshield. Took it to safelight in London KY and told them. After looking at it the saw the entire top of windshield no glue. They said they would reimburse my for the $120 at dealer. Been waiting two months now. 6 phone calls and no check yet. Poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

My car fender was damaged by road debris. Right fender had to be replaced and the doors on the…read moreright side had to be repainted. Pros: Got an estimate for insurance in just a few minutes. Excellent body work. My car looked like new when finished. Cons: Took 3 weeks to get an appointment to start the work. To paint the doors, the door handles had to be removed and when they were reinstalled none of the electronic door functions worked (keyless entry, power locks, power open/close). When I pointed out the issue they did a quick test to confirm the problem then just told me they did know what the problem was and could not fix it. They told me to contact my insurance and get permission for more work from the local dealership. It took another 2 months and several visits for the dealership to schedule the work, diagnosis the issue, order 2 new door handles and replace the handles. My insurance covered it all, but it was a long and frustrating experience.
