My car fender was damaged by road debris. Right fender had to be replaced and the doors on the right side had to be repainted. Pros: Got an estimate for insurance in just a few minutes. Excellent body work. My car looked like new when finished. Cons: Took 3 weeks to get an appointment to start the work. To paint the doors, the door handles had to be removed and when they were reinstalled none of the electronic door functions worked (keyless entry, power locks, power open/close). When I pointed out the issue they did a quick test to confirm the problem then just told me they did know what the problem was and could not fix it. They told me to contact my insurance and get permission for more work from the local dealership. It took another 2 months and several visits for the dealership to schedule the work, diagnosis the issue, order 2 new door handles and replace the handles. My insurance covered it all, but it was a long and frustrating experience. read more

On October 10 2023 I was in an accident another vehicle pulled out in front of me and my drivers side front took the most of the impact. Not knowing where to take my Jeep for repairs I just searched the web and read some reviews and chose to take it to Treado Collision Center in Somerset due to I had seen the bill board sign in Somerset and the reviews looked pretty good. Boy was I wrong, first time they called said my Jeep was done 2 months later. We checked it out first thing I noticed was the hood hinge on the drivers side was bent. The front bumper was not straight at all stuck out further on the passenger side of course they claim it was because it was aftermarket and so did Farm Bureau Insurance but I had an aftermarket bumper on it prior to the accident and it wasn't stuck out further on one side or the other. Then they both tried to say that they didn't believe the hood hinge got bent in the accident well it's a funny thing I bought the Jeep New in 2018 it had never been in any collision before so how else did it happen other than in the accident. My husband pointed out some things with the front rear end and the track bar that it looked to him it was shoved over and back just by looking at it they claimed that the frame rack alignment was good and so was the wheel alignment and I ask for a copy, funny thing the frame rack was just a print out of the frame specs you can just pull off the internet. Then my husband told him that the windshield was in a bind that one smack of the windshield and it would bust because it was under so much pressure where it racked the body on the frame and by the way he also told them that all the frame mount bolts was bent and no they didn't replace them either. So I called the insurance appraiser to let him know what all we found and that I was not happy with things and he said just let them know there good they will fix it so I gave them another chance to make it right then the insurance appraiser went to the shop and called me later that afternoon his story not mine told me he was trying to pick what he thought was a piece of plastic out of the windshield and my windshield busted coincident or what? A month later we were contacted again by the shop saying my Jeep was finished I told him we would be there in the morning to check it out 10 minutes after hanging up with them the enterprise was calling me saying I had to turn the car in by 11pm that day. We went the 2nd time the hood hinge was not changed they just bent it back out the windshield is not sealed good because you can feel air coming in around it which was on the bill for the insurance that didn't happen in the accident the insurance appraiser done that. the fender was torn off from the rivet on the passenger side the shop guy said oh well we didn't do anything to the passenger side really come on people, I found specs of paint on my hard top white, hard top is black. When I went into the office to tell him I was going to take it down the road to see how it handled he stated " yeah sure when you pay your deductible you can drive it wherever you want" I lost my composure at that point. Basically, I went on and paid my deductible and took my Jeep because they were refusing to put the vehicle back to pre-collision condition. I contacted Phillip Gilliam at Farm Bureau Insurance, and he was not help I told him the vehicle was unsafe to drive and Treado's Collision Center Refused to fix it to pre-collision condition he just directed me to someone else his boss I do strongly believe the insurance company and Treado Collision Center are working together to fraud the customer. They charged the insurance 12,170.55 and didn't do anything but put a bumper on and didn't mount it right fixed the driver's side fender but claimed that they had done more. read more
