I'll start with just the problems with the car immediately leaving the parking lot as I only took a test drive with a sales person telling where to turn only a top speed of 30 mph the salesman telling me which way to turn . With that being said, I did not know the car had any issues until I drove it home geting on highway problems I immediatelycalled them back left a message with my salesman He did not call back. But on the way driving home I could reach speeds of 70mph. noticing at 50 the rear tire was bouncing up and down, and when I hit the brakes, the brakes and rotors are warped causing vibration in the steering when you're breaking once I got home I took a look at the tires. They had so much tire shine on that they look decent from what I could see. Only to find out that three of them were completely worn out, that's going to two professional tire places and them telling me and one front drivers was decent also telling me there was a plug in a tire. This is supposed to be a 21 point check car. The oil sticker was missing. The oil was dirty .so I have no clue that when the last oil change was done , the interior was completely filthy with he said he apologized, and said his Porter wasn't the best underneath the hood. It just showed that they don't know how to detail a car prior to selling. I called them every day for the last two weeks even other dealerships tracking down, trying to get a message to the owner or to someone higher up because the motor has a rattling coming from the bottom and. Just too many problems to mention. I purchased a warranty. And I called even the warranty department and they said with those type of problems on the first day that they suggest I take it and drop it back off where I picked it up, but when I mentioned that to the salesman, they said they'll get back with me. They never saying bring it right in...nothing like that. No offer of help at all. I have canceled two surgeries in Lexington which is very urgent to get fixed because to continue driving, it would only make things worse. I have spoken with just about everyone who works there with promises of I will make sure someone back as soon as lunch is over or as soon as they get off the that just never come car was probably an auction that had never gotten cleaned up detailed , oil changed, Check tires, or clean the seats they put down four white paper mats, no windows were cleaned. There were stains on all door panel and the headliner has multiple marks like a or just someone with dirty fingers.. the 21 point checklist was not performed on this carSo for anyone thinking about going to this Corbin, Legacy Ford used cars. Save yourself a bunch of wasted phone calls and time and especially money and travel down the road to someplace more reputable. This is far from over. This is just a 58-year-old is still waiting from a call from the general manager Joe messages were left with him whomever the customer support help lady is yet to call. I left several messages with my salesman. He called back after I called another dealership to complain but still no one has said bring the car in and let us take a look at it. Let us check it out. This is all things that I called them about the very following day and my sales Michael was notavailable when I called. I've left messages to just about everyone in building.. I let them know prior to me leaving a bad review. They could look at the car and offer a solution, but none of that has came out of their mouth. None of them so this review is just part of the first one there will be a follow up review .. no matter how bad do you need a car or vehicle do not deal with this place. You will be thanking me later. As I can see above the other reviews, this is a common thing they do to people and if they think by not answering the phone or not calling back that I'm just gonna go away the warranty company was notified the same day that there is issues with the car..

When I went back to the car lot they refused to help me said it was my daughters fault she had driven the car dry on oil and if we did not leave they would call the police on us. Lundsfords Auto lets me know it's the…read moreadapter plate that's broke allowing my transfer-case to move and break seals... they put new seals (front and back) and also a new seal in my transmission ($700). THEY FOROGT TO TIGHTEN DOWN ALL BOLTS TO THE TRANSFER-CASE. Completely loose transfercase and it broke the plate again and leaked all fluid out and burnt up my transfer-case and transmission! Owner said he wasn't gonna take blame because I should have "checked over him". They didn't want to pick it up or anything. Quality and value of customers clearly isn't on their charts.

I brought my 2021 Cadillac XT6 in for repair. I was referred to them by CarMax. Fox Total Car Care confirmed with me they'd honor my MaxCare warranty. The service writer mentioned to me they really don't like to take on these warranty repairs because the insurance companies are so slow to pay. I showed up 30 minutes early due to the snowy weather, my appointment was scheduled at 9am. They took my info minutes after I walked in and at 9am, the service tech introduced himself and asked me all of the pertinent questions for him to begin to troubleshoot my vehicle. I must admit, I'm not used to folks being so kind to start a Monday morning. Fox Total Car Care took about 3 hours to diagnose my vehicle's issues. Unfortunately for me, FTCC could not fix my XT6 due to Cadillac's proprietary software upgrades. They fully explained their inability to fix my vehicle. But, the owner personally spoke to me with a full explanation and I'm very satisfied with that. I wish they could have fixed my XT6, but I understand why they could not. Now I'm off to a dealership for its repair. I highly recommend Fox Total Car Care. They're honest and that's all you can ask for.

Everywhere I have gone to get estimates, they have told me that its going to cost me close to $400. When I took it to Hot Rods, they only charged me $181.26. Which is a great steal. Im not going to lie, i am a fan of their work, but i also believe that they pick and choose when they want to have good deals. I went there a few weeks back before getting tire rods, about my A/C and they tried to convince me that I needed a new air compressor when I just got a new one a year ago. Hearing this made me a bit iffy about coming back to get any work done. But when they told me that they do front alignments for $35 and $55 for front and back. I couldnt beat that price. They also start thier tire rods at $25. So hearing these prices I couldnt pass that up. I asked a few co-workers about their work and I heard mixed things about them. Similar to what I experenced. Do I reccomend them, Yes! But, I do say take caution when taking your car there. You may get a good price, but they may also pull your leg on price and the work that you need to get done. One positive thing that I can say is that they work very fast. I dropped my car off at 10:30 am. They told me that they wouldnt be able to get to it until the next day. I dropped it off and then at noon that same day, Becky called me and told me that they car was done and ready for pick up. They are only open M-F from 8:00am-4:30PM.
