    ****BEWARE***** The worst dealership I've ever been to in my 50 years of driving , I'm currently…read more58 years old, diabetic and disabled. I'll start with just the problems with the car immediately leaving the parking lot as I only took a test drive with a sales person telling where to turn only a top speed of 30 mph the salesman telling me which way to turn . With that being said, I did not know the car had any issues until I drove it home geting on highway problems I immediatelycalled them back left a message with my salesman He did not call back. But on the way driving home I could reach speeds of 70mph. noticing at 50 the rear tire was bouncing up and down, and when I hit the brakes, the brakes and rotors are warped causing vibration in the steering when you're breaking once I got home I took a look at the tires. They had so much tire shine on that they look decent from what I could see. Only to find out that three of them were completely worn out, that's going to two professional tire places and them telling me and one front drivers was decent also telling me there was a plug in a tire. This is supposed to be a 21 point check car. The oil sticker was missing. The oil was dirty .so I have no clue that when the last oil change was done , the interior was completely filthy with he said he apologized, and said his Porter wasn't the best underneath the hood. It just showed that they don't know how to detail a car prior to selling. I called them every day for the last two weeks even other dealerships tracking down, trying to get a message to the owner or to someone higher up because the motor has a rattling coming from the bottom and. Just too many problems to mention. I purchased a warranty. And I called even the warranty department and they said with those type of problems on the first day that they suggest I take it and drop it back off where I picked it up, but when I mentioned that to the salesman, they said they'll get back with me. They never saying bring it right in...nothing like that. No offer of help at all. I have canceled two surgeries in Lexington which is very urgent to get fixed because to continue driving, it would only make things worse. I have spoken with just about everyone who works there with promises of I will make sure someone back as soon as lunch is over or as soon as they get off the that just never come car was probably an auction that had never gotten cleaned up detailed , oil changed, Check tires, or clean the seats they put down four white paper mats, no windows were cleaned. There were stains on all door panel and the headliner has multiple marks like a or just someone with dirty fingers.. the 21 point checklist was not performed on this carSo for anyone thinking about going to this Corbin, Legacy Ford used cars. Save yourself a bunch of wasted phone calls and time and especially money and travel down the road to someplace more reputable. This is far from over. This is just a 58-year-old is still waiting from a call from the general manager Joe messages were left with him whomever the customer support help lady is yet to call. I left several messages with my salesman. He called back after I called another dealership to complain but still no one has said bring the car in and let us take a look at it. Let us check it out. This is all things that I called them about the very following day and my sales Michael was notavailable when I called. I've left messages to just about everyone in building.. I let them know prior to me leaving a bad review. They could look at the car and offer a solution, but none of that has came out of their mouth. None of them so this review is just part of the first one there will be a follow up review .. no matter how bad do you need a car or vehicle do not deal with this place. You will be thanking me later. As I can see above the other reviews, this is a common thing they do to people and if they think by not answering the phone or not calling back that I'm just gonna go away the warranty company was notified the same day that there is issues with the car..

I had concerns about the tires really worn as well as other things. But about the tires. Day after picking the car up it rained while on the interstate. The car hydroplaned below 60 mph. I called legacy ford up and again complained about the tires with what had just happend. I was told point blank. WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE TIRES! So after 2 generations of buying cars from them I will never buy again from them. They want to line there pockets with money instead of consumer safety..​
