The following week she went through the same hassle of leaving messages and finally got a call back. The owner did offer to send a replacement but it was really too little too late, given the amount of effort to speak to a responsible party. The flowers should have been replaced immediately, without the run around. She has tried once again to contact to accept the replacement, only to leave multiple messages with no return call. Buyer beware of the cloak of mystery behind location. Teleflora selected this florist for my order - I will no longer use that method but rather support the local brick and mortar florists in the Norristown area, e.g. Moles, Risher Van Horn, Penny's by Plaza Flowers, etc. I regret not going to them directly for this order.

We commnuicated through email with a couple of phone calls. I sent her pictures of exactly of what I wanted and she was able to replicate everything except the gazebo. I sent her a picture with curly willows going up the gazebo with vertical flowers hanging from it and I got were curly willows. If the gazebo went right then she would have been the perfect floral vendor. Nonetheless, if I have another event, I would most definately go to her again. And, most importantly, the guests that took the centerpieces and floral arrangements home told me the stargazing lillies and roses were still alive two week after the wedding!!!
