But they didn't call; they took the flowers back to the shop. So she didn't get the flowers on her birthday. We told them about this when we picked the flowers up today. They didn't apologize, they just said "sometimes our drivers call and sometimes they don't". I was told that the delivery was attempted but nobody was there. I was asked if it was for a funeral and I replied yes it was the next day. The delivery was eventually made but the message that was supposed to be attached was nowhere to be found so it was unknown who it was from. I expected to get what I paid for and some things fell through the crack. If I didn't call the plant probably would have never been delivered. Attention to detail is key.
