Came here for wings. There are over hundred flavours available. The server lost her voice but she tried her best to suggest flavours for uw to try. The best one was the garlic parmesan wings. Can I give less than 1 star? It was the service since I didn't actually eat. Wild wing advertised all you can eat wings until the 21st. Today is the 21st. Took somewhere between 5 and 12 minutes, it was a full inning of baseball, to come over greet me, yes sitting at the bar in front of the staff, and say the wing deal ends at 8pm. This Wild Wing is probably one of the, if not the smallest I've been to but it's still very much your typical wild wing restaurant. The interior still reminds you a wild west saloon and the wings are great. The wings were excellent here and arrived hot and fresh. They were big and meaty and the hot BBQ sauce I ordered was the perfect amount of sweet, tangy, and spicy. I was also really impressed with the wild salad here which you can substitute at no charge instead of getting the fries. It was essentially a deluxe salad and also was huge. I thought I had to pay a charge for it but it turned out to be the 'standard salad'. The only real problem I had was that the wings arrived a bit too heavily sauced but that can easily be changed on request. There was only one waitress here but that was fine on a slow Saturday afternoon when we were essentially the only ones in the restaurant. read more

We came to Wild Wings for some wings (surprise). It was good we had a few mild wing types and with over a hundred flavours to choose from it was quite nice. But we wanted one order of really hot wings and we ordered the supposedly the hottest on the menu but it wasn't that hot at all and we were disappointed with it. The service was ok, but found ourselves looking for the waitress to help get a refill for our drinks. At the end I think you can find better service and better wings for a better price elsewhere but they have the unique 101 flavours thing that's intriguing and that's it. read more

Stopped by for a change and because of the wings which I have had numerous times at the Ajax location. Walking in I was struck by two things 1) no one else was in there. It was 6:00 pm it was empty. During our meal there were two take out orders 2) for a western (old western theme) in the middle of the bar is an electric Palm tree and parrot. It did not fit literally as the server had to negotiate around it. The meal: We ordered the bacon, cheddar, broccoli bites. Very tasty but so wished there could have been more dip I asked for more and the container was 1/2 filled. Which was more than the ketchup bottle on the table. The main was two batches of wings. One wet - Diana's BBQ sauce and One dry - Hickory, dickory, doc Both were good and fresh. Before we started my spouse notices a sign. Happy Hour: buy 1, get one free on appetisers Mon- Thursday 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. I wondered why she had not mentioned this. So after we had emptied our pops. I walked up to the bar for a refill and asked, "Is the Happy Hour?" Our server who I interrupted texting on her phone and nibbling on a power bar. Said yes. So I ordered another batch of broccoli bites. I was disappointed having to ask for a refill and about a special that she did not mention. But we didn't get any follow up. I ate at the Wild Wings in Pickering a few weeks ago and it was an all around great experience! This location is a bit smaller than some of the other Wild Wing locations i've been to, but the food and service was outstanding. I ordered Gar Par Fries and Brown Eyed Girl Wings and both tasted fantastic! The wings came out super hot and I mentioned to the waitress that there is never enough gar par sauce put on the fries, and she made sure they gave me extra. All of the employees were very friendly and seemed like they enjoyed working there. Also, the owner sometimes works at a waitress so she can stay in touch in her customers and make sure the restaurant is keeping people happy, and staying up to standard. I would definitely recommend Wild Wings if you are looking to try some interesting wing flavors and I would recommend this location to receive great service! read more

Wow I can't believe this, I tried calling the Wild Wing restaurant in Pickering (5 times now) to order pick up. Every time I call, a staff member answers the phone and says hold on, no on hold message. I can hear the all the sounds in the background. They leave me on hold for 2-5 minutes then hang up the phone. I even tried saying a few words to them before they say please hold on, and they still put me on hold. In all my years I have never experienced such terrible customer service, I am trying to give you my money but apparently they do not want it. Not good business...great guest experiences, training your staff on customer service, are how you will grow your business and through word of mouth and then the sales will come. I hope this comment will help direct Management or Investors in the right direction. read more

Why does wild wing come up in the search for "places that do delivery" when i call them and they tell me they have never done delivery. I have ordered delivery from them years ago, but the woman on the phone was just being rude and telling me im wrong. That honestly turned me off wild wing for good. Wait staff is extremely slow and seemingly intoxicated when you dine in, and when you call for pick up the order is usually wrong or missing something. Not only that but they close the kitchen an hour before they close the restaurant and refuse to take any orders . Sad service Thankfully St.Louis is close by. read more

My boyfriend and I went here to get some takeout, we placed our order at 6:15pm (according to our receipt) and we were told it would take 15-20mins (which is usually the norm for takeout) ... after hearing the microwave being opened and closed 3 times and 45mins later we finally got our food!!! Needless to say the food was COLD and as SHITTY as the service IF NOT WORSE!!!! The fries were not crispy not even fully cooked nor was the chesse melted on our poutines, my wings were swimming in sauce and my bfs burger was tasteless!! I had to give them a star in order to post this review. If I could give them -100 stars I would!! Three weeks ago I walked in there on a Sunday night, closing time was 9:00pm, I went in at 8:30 to get some take out wings. My friends and I didn't even make it into the restaurant before the woman behind the counter told us the kitchen is closed. I guess they were only serving drinks. Why was it closed half an hour before close? It wasn't in the middle of shutting down, they didn't offer to let us make a to go order...the kitchen was already shut down completely. Do they stop serving food an hour before they close? If they do they need to let people know. I emailed the manager after being very disappointed by this visit, and 3 weeks later, they haven't even bothered to contact me back. They must be real interested in my business.
