Came into town for a few days and made my way to the Wild Wing Cafe after some suggestions. The service was phenomenal, Jacob was our server and he was really kind and helpful. He gave us recommendations that were great and even accommodated the requests of my grandmother who has Alzheimer's. She literally only wanted yellow corn tortilla chips and he put on gloves and hand picked them for her. As far as the food, the dip was great and the naked chicken feathers were grilled to perfection!! I'll definitely come back the next time I come to Columbus. read more

The food has definitely declined since I first moved here 3 years ago. The wings are over cooked and dry. The live music would be nice to enjoy but I wish it wasn't so loud so you don't have to scream to talk to people at your table. I don't think I'll come back here again after the last couple times was very disappointing. read more

Was invited for a going away party. Once arrived, it didn't take long to get seated and receive a menu. Customer service was great in which they were able to throughly explain their items Didn't have to wait long for the food. Food was great. Its definitely a place one would go to watch the big game. read more

Sat here for an hour listing the the band I came to see. Not one staff member asked me if I wanted food or a drink...!! Not one... They served people around me. I guess a single guy at a table isn't worth the time. Their other location seems the be the same way. My assumption is that if they don't know you they aren't interested in serving you... read more

Crappy staff! Waited 20 minutes until I had to ask if we had a waitress. Mel, our incompetent and rude waitress, sent her trainee over. Too 35 minutes to get wings, plus another 20 minutes to get a salad! Both christi, the trainee, and mel tried to cover there lack of hostility by giving me a military discount and said there manager did that....lie!!! My wife heard mel talking shit about me, like I wanted crappy service. Christy with her "10years" experience never refilled our drinks, not once!!! Hope management does the right thing and fires both of them. Worst experience at any restaurant. Food was food, but not sure if being the for 2 hours with a 3 year old is something I'm going to do again. read more

wings nasty, flies everywhere, music way too loud you cant hear your date and did i mention the wings are notttt good

I like going here. Lots of TVs near the bar, good set up in the back for large groups. I had my 50th birthday here and sat 80 people with privacy and no problems. I like the Copper wings the best. They don't make my nose run. Also the trio is the best appetizer. It can get loud at times. They tend to have a band or trivia at 9 pm. I shall return. read more

This place is great if you want to stop in at a bar after work during the week with coworkers. The live music is a bonus and the first star! Please stop at appetizers because the wings are fried to the point it was too tough to eat. How do you mess up wings in the south? The sauces are ok but taste like they are right out of a bottle. The wait was normal for a Friday night, the front was a bit frantic trying to keep up with the demand but the ladies remained friendly throughout! The wait staff...it's a hit or miss. I requested popular cocktail (at regular price not special) with a specific request that was not honored and when I sent it back I was told that it would still be on the bill...not at almost 10.00...I shouldn't have to justify that the order was not satisfied and put a definitive irritation in my evening over poor service recovery. hungry or not...If you visibly show your irritation, ROLL your eyes...I no longer trust you with my food. If my husband hadn't noticed quickly that the food is delivered by different staff, we would have left. The loaded chips were FABULOUS. You want to make them over the top....offer a dip with it...even at a charge it would sell! Not for date night, but a go for happy hour...if my drink order was appropriately handled, they would have gotten another star. My coworkers want to come here for a birthday lunch in a few weeks, I am going to have to share this experience and see if this is really where we want to come to...there are too many other options on the area! read more

I've given this place a chance twice first time chicken came Out cold... but over all the wing flavors were pretty good they have a lot to choose from... my second trip My order was wrong and they had ranch all over my entree after I asked for zero ranch specifically went in for fried mushrooms thank god the lady in the kitchen informed us they were bad said she wouldn't serve em to her own family and our server didn't seem to be excited about being at work! read more

Best Spinich Dip in town. Super cheesy and piping hot! I'm in love with thier nuggets and the live music pulls everything together. Friendly staff. read more

The food was not worth $60. The music was too loud and we could barely talk to the waitress. The food we ordered was lukewarm and sauces were extra even though we ordered wings. The waitress didn't refill my children's glasses until we asked. We walked away very let down. read more

I've been coming to Wild Wing Cafe for the games and beer. There food is decent. But if you want good service, don't come here. The servers are usually nonexistent. Every single time I go. I'm usually just waiting. Few times, I would see my server sitting down somewhere playing on their phone or eating. While we're left at the table trying to get their attention. Or other times, we don't see them anywhere in the restaurant. I've sat at tables for 20 mins before they even greeted me to get my drink order. I still come here to sit at the bar. The food is good with decent price. And the bar is always busy, but That's the only place where I'll be taken care of. The bartenders are always efficient and on it! When I'm at the bar, I get my drink almost immediately, and the food comes out quick too! The stars are for them :) read more

Staff is rude and not attentive. Second time here. Ordered the same thing both times and the price was different. They gave my food to the Waiter driver while I was sitting there and told it wasn't my order. Come to find out it was. She tried to give me the bag and didn't want to check it. Turns out I was missing part of my order. I will not be coming back. read more

The manager Jamal was absolutely amazing I had a small issue with my order and he made it right he was very friendly and considerate. I will be returning. read more

To be perfectly honest, I was not impressed by their sauce selection. We ordered the sampler, which comes with 30 wings and 5 flavors. It came with 25 wings, it makes me think so they do this often, to save a bucks and wait to see if the customer notices. When I brought it up, they didn't see surprise when I said it was only 25 wings. Their bar drinks were horrible. I would not recommend this restaurant, just go to Buffalo Wild Wings around the corner. read more

First time here and had a really great experience. From the food to the service. Had asked for the specials of the night at the bar and happened to have $2.50 martinis. Ordered one and was thinking for that price it may not be very good but was pleasantly surprised. Lemon drop martinis were yummy. Ordered lemon pepper wings and they were delicious. Good flavor. The bar had live music going while we were there which just added to fun night with my friends. When in Columbus again this will be a definite stop for lunch or dinner. read more

Unfortunately this was a HUGE no for us, we went in around 1pm on a weekend there were maybe 10 guests in the whole restaurant and we sat at the bar. We ordered 2 orders of wings and 1 appetizer that's when it all went downhill. Originally we thought chips and queso were one of their normal appetizers however 10min later we were advised that it comes with ground beef and sour cream etc so we decided against the order and changed to their spinach dip, 20min later the wrong appetizer arrives by a worker who looked as though he had sweat coming from all angles and we advised that we had changed the order to the spinach dip and the guy got very defensive asking if we just wanted to send it back then, as the bartender stated she swears she updated the order in time, in order not to cause a scene we decided to keep the wrong order, and the bartender quickly told us she will put back the chips and queso on our bill, we were dumb founded (most businesses that screw up an order typically comp you for their error) but oh well we ignored it, so continuing on there was a couple who came in maybe 15min after us and waited 20min without being greeted by any waiter/waitress and he had to get up and flag someone down, I felt that was strange again given that there weren't many people there eating anyways. A woman sat next to us at the bar she was doing an order out I mention her because she ordered around the same time we ordered our wings and we waited 45min for our wings and that poor woman waited the same amount of time for a salad she ordered, crazy thing is she checked her food before leaving and low and behold they tried to pull a fast one on her turns out they were out of shrimp and instead of telling her this while preparing her meal they continued to make it, box it up and send her on her way, now you know if you order shrimp at any restaurant that's pretty pricey and to have not informed her yet still proceed with making her meal and charge her full price that is some shameful stuff, she asked for the order to be removed from her bill and when the manager came out she rudely yelled "WELL ITS A PANDEMIC" which was extremely uncalled for again YOUR restaurant messed up not the customer! Back to my meal, the wings were decent size I unfortunately had a hair- dog hair human hair don't care fried into my wings and that's when I had enough, we paid our bill and as we were leaving a gentleman next to us received the wrong order and that's when I confirmed this place is awfully ran, whoever is in the kitchen isn't paying attention to the orders coming in or going out, the manager was extremely rude and out of line to her customers, and even after their own errors occurring it was as if the customers were a bother, the ONLY reason why this is 1 star is because the beer was cold as advertised but NEVER again would I eat or recommend this place is HORRIBLE read more

What a drop off in service and food since our last visit. Warm soggy fries, warm dry wings after waiting over 30 minutes. Sent fries back and told we can cancel order or wait until kitchen drops fries again. Decided to cancel fry order. Server wanted to clear plates before we were finished and took an attitude after manager stopped at table for our comments and was told how dissatisfied we were. Only plus was we were comped for half our bill, but we will spend our money elsewhere in the future. read more

Service was super slow. Like SLOW slow.....But the food was good and served hot. Server was friendly and place was clean.

Great food !!! 100 times better then Buffalo Wild Wings ! There service is still young , they will grow better with time . I will most likely be returning here with more Freinds here next time !!! Btw wings kick butt compared to any other place in town !!!! read more

Went to Wild Wing with 5 people and they accommodated us with no issues, even moving tables. We had AJ as our server and he was kind and friendly, definitely suggest him as a request. Recommend General wings or honey mustard for sure! 10/10 will be back again! read more

Absolutely horrible service! We sat down and told the waitress we would need to put a rush on it because we were short on time. 50 minutes later the food arrived and out of the 8 orders not a single one was correct. When we said something about it she said, "That's what happens when you put in a rush order." One of our group got less than half of what he ordered (he got the burger but not his fries or appetizer) and we were all still charged the full amount. When I called after leaving (because we were about 15 minutes late by that point) the store manager said he would leave gift cards for us. When I went back by they weren't there and I had to return a second time and wait over an hour so they could find him. When he didn't show up, I left a message. Three days later after calling the main office, I received a phone call and was told to come by and get the certificates that were promised to our group. read more

So calling in to this place 15 minutes ahead to be assured my time wouldnt be wasted waiting for food was a fail....If you call into this place...they dont start cooking the food until u arrive a pay for it...I will not ever patronize this establishment again...There has to be another wing spot that is respectful of the customers time...Not only will i not eat hear again...I will be to steer any wingspot read more

I feel like the quality of this place has dropped. It used to be my go to place for wings but the food just isn't as good as it used to be. I just ordered some house fried rice and it barely had any meat in it other than some shrimp. The chicken wasn't very flavorful and was mediocre at best. I don't think I'll be coming back here. read more

Finally, after many attempts, I talked my husband into eating here and so far I am very disappointed. First, the parking lot is not big enough for the amount of customers it holds, so I had to park about a half mile away. Second, we ordered the house chips as an appetizer. What came out was about a hand full (not being exaggerative). I asked our server if she had put in a side order instead of the appetizer (appetizer costs 3.79). She said no, that we got the appetizer. Third, we ordered the 25 piece boneless sampler. Half of them were overcooked and out of the 5 sauces, only one was worth mentioning, Honey Lime Sriracha. The service was good, and per my husband, they offer a nice beer selection , that's why I gave them 3 stars. I didn't hate the experience, but I don't think I will choose to eat here again. read more

My wife & I decided let's go here on a Friday night.. mistake number 1 We got there & was told the wait time was 30-45 minutes from the hostess who looked like she was hating every second being there. I wish we would've left but we decided to wait & waited 5 minutes & had a table ready Awesome right. Well anytime that we did save not having to wait was lost Because the food took FOREVER to come out The waitress was actually feeling extremely bad for how long we were waiting The bus girl & the guy helping her were arguing in front of us About where our food was supposed to go because they had no idea... which was extremely unprofessional My wife ordered fries & just wanted cheese on them They added bacon which my wife doesn't eat pork She didn't even touch them The sliders she ordered tasted bad My wings were good but I was already angry about everything else The manager on duty took $10 off our bill for the inconvenience of everything But we wont be coming back for a WHILE read more

We went last night and have not seen it that busy in a while. Tiffany was the only Bartender (other one did not show) and worked so hard to keep up. She did an amazing job to keep about 60 people at a retirement party happy as well as the Bar guest.I honestly would have left crying. There was a bartender named Callie there when we 1st arrived she insisted we closeout after 1 order(a 3.23 order). I found that on the lazy side? Or should I say selfish side. The servers....Kendra and her friends ran the whole time. I sat and watched and I will say they earned every bit of their tips last night. It was great team work, trying to help each other out. I am not sure the huge party realized they were short staffed, as I did hear a few people get "Sassy". Ms. Angie the manager on duty was phonominal pitching in and helping Tiffany with supplies and Kendra and the other supper nice servers run food. Ms. Angie is a leader for sure. If you want to see hard work hangout at the bar as a non drinker. read more

This is a late review. While in Columbus I found out they opened this chain. I ordered my usual wings (cajun) and steel studs. Customer service was good and when I got there my food was ready for pickup. (It would be helpful to have a sign at the entrance stating where to pickup carry-outs)After getting home I discovered that my wings barely had any sauce/seasoning on them, the steel stuns were fine. Next time, I will be sure to check all carryout orders, not just for here, to ensure my order. I did take a pic but the picture looks like it had an adequate amount, but it did not in person. read more

Good wings, cheerful staff, they flirt shamelessly with my son. He's shy so I find it amusing :-)

Well if you like waitresses that are either drunk or high, please go here..,I have been several times a few different waitresses, but our most recent visit there we had a girl named Tallie I think, never sit in her section, the worst attitude and between her and co workers not sure who was higher, she is more concerned about being on her phone and hanging out with friends that visit there rather than show a little customer service..but if you want great service go sit at the bar and have Kat or Crystal take care of you awesome bartenders.. read more

I'm kinda like a sport bar junkie! So when I say this this place ranks amongst the bet, I know what I'm talking about! Yes it has what many sports bars has, but it goes a step above. 1) the huge bar separates / shares thier spacious outdoor deck from the inside. 2) live entertainment with an actual stage. 3) Cool, helpful and attentive bartenders ( shout out to marriah! Very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely nice)! 4 ) Mature atmosphere. 5) you will get very happy with their happy hour selection! 6 )very clean and well maintained establishment. 7) PLENTY of TVs....and perfectly postitioned! 8) good people 9 family oriented 10) fun and enjoyable times! This place is a hidden gym. If you like a good social, friendly and mature atmosphere....this is it! read more

I've been to the ones in Bluffton SC and Hilton Head SC...... this one is absolutely outstanding! Given that it just opened 2 days ago, we had no issues with service (Mandy is an excellent waitress!) and the place itself is designed very well, blending the history of Columbus with the traditions of Wild Wing Cafe! Our new weekly hangout on Sundays! I won't even talk about the 14 tv's that were seen from table 3.... :) read more

For god sake why do they keep this guy singing karaoke with a keyboard playing smooth jazz at 5PM so loud you can't think straight.

Waited an hour. And still no food. But they charged our cards really quickly, at least.

Bartender was extremely rude. The bar was not busy and she made it a point to be obnoxiously rude about where we were sitting then ordering waters at first. She continued to ignore us and not be helpful nor take our order so we had to get up to take a seat with a server. We have dined here multiple times and this was the one time where my husband and I were both upset the most to where we almost left. I've been a bartender and server in the industry...it's not that serious to treat others with disrespect. The server at our table was very nice to make things better. read more

Pretty good song spot came out here with my coworkers a lot of them did the buffet which is unlimited wings for $12 can't beat that, I order 12 wings with China syndrome it's the perfect sauce it was spicy but not so spicy. I'll give this place 4 stars because I love their food! Everything I've gotten has been amazing. The thing that kept me from giving 5 though is the noise level. I'm not that old yet, I love live music. I really do. That's why me and my husband go. But goodness we are in a fairly small restaurant. Not an arena.... The music is absolutely way too loud. Friday night we went and me and my friend had to just look at each other or text each other if we wanted to talk. I love the fun atmosphere but maybe just tone the sound system down a little. When we left my ears felt clogged because it was so loud inside. I'm obviously still going to come back because I enjoy the place so much. Just maybe not on a weekend. Maybe I can find an acoustic night or something... read more
