Went here on Father's Day with my wife and 4 children. There was a live roach on our table. Waitress brought the manager who, instead of immediately apologizing, cleaning our table, or moving us to another table, began to badmouth his exterminator. We had to suggest moving, which they did. The manager suggested buying my beer (I only ordered one beer), then came back later and comped us 50%. He then went into greater detail about the amount of bugs they have and how he was going to fire the exterminator. Too much information. All I needed was an apology, a quick move, and a discount (or free meal). I've worked in restaurants before, so I know bugs and rodents are always a challenge. What will keep me from going back to this place is the unprofessional way the manager handled the situation. This guy needs to go. read more

Went back on Tuesday. Live music and trivia was going on so there was a crowd. We waited maybe 5 mins and were seated then things slowed down a bit. When we finally got our server, service picked up briefly and we got our drinks and appetizer. Then another slow down. But even with the lag in timing- altogether about 30 mins, all of our food was hot and tasted pretty good. Once again, we'll be back to try something else different on the menu. read more

I'm typically not a fan of chain restaurants and I absolutely despise Buffalo Wild Wings and their tiny, cold, overpriced wings. I expected the worst coming to wild wings cafe, but was surprisingly impressed. Female bartender was pleasant, albeit a little over the top flirtatious. The wings were very large and pretty tasty. Beer was cold and prices were about average for chain wings. The wings are still a little overpriced for my liking when there are so many good local places with cheaper wings, but they are not a rip off like BWW. Overall, worth a shot. They also seem to have a fair amount of events and shows, but I haven't made it to any of those. read more

So I've came to this location a few times before writing a review. The reason I am giving it two stars is because the food is horrible. I ordered nachos a few times and always end up with not enough chips for the price I pay. I've ordered a hamburger before which wasn't too bad but the fries were very cold and old. They also put one onion ring on top of the burger for garnish,that was so old, cold and greasy. I also ordered their buffalo chicken rolls which I was told were very popular but they were nothing but crust from the roll. The only thing this place has going for them is the bar. Worse experience EVER!! We had reservations on a week night. The room we were placed in had no air, so we were moved to a room with sticky floor and unattended children running in and out, horse playing the entire time. The children were asked to stop. A few minutes later I was practically assaulted leaving the restroom in front of ALL the waitresses by someone stating she was the children's mother, a regular at this restaurant and a family member to the owner. We've visited twice. Food is decent. We've never had a stellar meal here but it's good enough. Service could use improvement. I got the impression that they hire a lot of young kids home from college during the summer and don't train them very well. Staff couldn't answer questions about drinks after visiting the bar 2 times to ask (about specials). The music is decent but SO LOUD. We had the spicy Parmesan wings, the sliders, the burger, the buffalo blue cheese chicken sandwich, and the shrimp skewers. The burger was probably the best but still just really average. Ok so I love this chain... however there is some issue in Columbus where the chef talent is nonexistent. I mean I guess when you buy a franchise I figure they give I the recipe and train you. This place is so inconsistent that it's a comedy. The food comes out ranging from good to sad. Example tonight I ordered the fried mushrooms which is supposed to come in a spicy beer batter which is it's best component. Instead it comes out in the wrong batter and is gross. They remade it but then the portion has shrunk by more than half. Another example the vegetable skewers used to be good but now the same skewers basically are 2 of them split to 2. I mean seriously how much is zucchini, just Fk**** cheap. Also use to be you could get beers pint or 22 oz, a large selection. But not long ago they said oh no only domestic beers can be large the distributor won't let us give larger. Ok funny how you can go to wild wing or hooters and get the same beee cheaper and larger not to mention better food (hooters). So nice outside patio buts that's about it. I was with a large group and they brought the wrong order out. After I told the waiter three times "I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese burger, maybe there was a mistake". He put the Deluxe Bacon Cheese Burger down in front of me and said "this is what you ordered." I've never been to a restaurant where they screwed up the order and then essentially said "eat it". Wings were not good and would have been overpriced even if they tasted good. The burger was really good along with the nachos. Place is clean and had plenty of room and nice TV's to watch the games. My two biggest complaints would be time of service (we went at 3pm on a Friday when it wasn't really busy and it took about 15 min for the app and another 15 for the wings and burger) and the quality of the wings. Bad service from the waitress to the manager! We went there today and ordered the same thing we've ordered in the past. I ordered the lemon pepper wings and vegetable kabobs and my son ordered chicken fingers with fries. When we received our food, my son's fries were cold and limp. I did not receive lemon pepper, but instead some hot orange sauce that looked like cheese dip. I told the waitress that was not the sauce I ordered and did not receive the side of ranch I ordered either. She went back to the kitchen and came back and said that was the lemon pepper. I told her I've had it before and that was not lemon pepper at all. She said the kitchen would know what sauce it is....really? It has no lemon taste at all and no pepper. Lemon pepper isn't so spicy you can't eat it and it's not orange! I asked for a manager thinking he would know by looking at it that it wasn't lemon pepper. He came over and basically was rude saying they used margarine instead of butter. What?? There is no lemon or pepper in the sauce they gave me! He asked if I wanted another sauce...at this point I just asked to bring me some MILD sauce which he brought me MEDIUM. We had this same manager last week that was nice...maybe because we had a $300 plus bill! The waitress didn't even ask my son how his food was or refill his drink even once. If you want a good lunch value, hit WWC at 11:30. They have an all-you-can-eat wing buffet. Four different kinds of traditional wings in a variety of flavors (ranchero is my personal fav) and 2 different kinds of boneless wings (I like the copper BBQ ones). Add with that tater tots and soup, all for $11. Table service can be a little slow, it often takes a while to get drinks, and when the buffet is low, it takes them several minutes to restock. But if you have time, it's a decent lunch stop. I haven't been for dinner - that seems a bit pricey for me, but at lunch it's worth it, especially if you like to pile up the wings. read more

I visited wild wing cafe this weekend. The waitress Cameron was good, she had another young lady by the name of Melissa. Very rude. It was a party 13, were hand an announcement " hey just to let yall know there will be 18% on your ticket" we advised her that we were already aware of it. We sat 1 hr or more for out food. Then when it did come out it was cold. I asked the manager Lee he left and never came back, the waitress said the food had been sitting there and no one brought our food. My brother ordered a philly cheese and the cheese was cold and the steak falling on the plate sounding like a soft bell it was so hard. The manager says he" i wasn't going back becuase i don't want to deal with the complaints tonight." I was soooo upset. I asked how you tell us we have to pay an additional 18% but yall serve a 2 % of service. How crazy. A total of 2 hours b4 we even get our food. We arrived at 8 or 8:30pm and didnt get food until 10:30 or 11:00pm. Tyler another manager on duty was the obe who fixed out food. Dennis is the worst manager!!!! They sat a table before our party, where we were supposed to be seated, which was a birthday dinner, and when I went to the hostess to figure out a solution, the manage, Dennis, was supposed to come talk to me. He NEVER came!!!!!!! After I finally went to talk to the hostess again, and she told me that the manager didn't want to come talk to me, I finally went to talk to him myself. He was a JERK!!!! Did not handle the situation, told me that it would be taken care of, but it took so long that we didn't stay. Dennis is HORRIBLE!!!!! He needs to learn how to handle a situation and customers!!!! Love the food there, but really need to work on the management. Then the manager threatened me with violence by having his goons escort me out. No freedom of speech in this place whatsoever. I guess BWW fired him for similar reasons. First time visit. Came in just after the lunch crowd, not too busy. Greeted at the door by friendly staff. Once I sat down, greeted by a friendly waitress, who seemed very enthusiastic, she even recommended some sauces since it was my first visit. I got the 18 pc. boneless wings (Cajun/Honey Lime Sriracha). I like how they give you two choices for sauces on most every order. I ordered the house chips also. Within 10 minutes I had my wings and chips on my table, nice and hot. The wings were tasty, not too heavy with the breading. The chips are like kettle chips, kind of thick, with some seasoning. The wings were nice, and not too spicy. They weren't dripping with sauce, but had enough. These weren't as messy as I might have preferred, but the flavor was good. I ate about half and was getting full, so I took the rest to go. The manager stopped by and asked how my meal was, friendly guy. The waitresses were busy most the time I was there. Overall, good, friendly service and tasty wings. I will come back to try more of their sauces; they also have all you can eat wings at lunch time. Lots of televisions everywhere, and rock music over the speakers, not too loud but loud enough to hear it well. read more
