So randomly lucky to find this place!…read more Been searching on Yelp for a good nail salon in the Pasco area, but they get such different reviews depending on who you actually get to do your nails. Many places seems like they have young, uneducated people, far from being nail technicians, taking care of some customers. On a trip to Walla Walla I walked by this little place, peeked inside and got a good vibe right away. It looked clean, professional and up to date. They do not take walk ins but to my luck someone just called and cancelled their appointment as I walked in. I had my nails done by Cherish who also is the owner. Super sweet and very skilled. I saw two other ladies getting a pedicure while I was there and when I'm in town next time I'm booking that for sure! Congrats to Walla Walla residents who has such a great place for manicures and pedicures.

However, my experience with the manicure left me feeling dismissed, disrespected and uncomfortable. During the manicure, I politely asked if one of the white tips on the French design could be made slightly thinner to better match the others. It was a small correction, not a demand for perfection. Rather than adjusting it, the technician became visibly frustrated, put down his tools, and told me they weren't going to be even anyway, and that I could go elsewhere if I wasn't happy. I tried to calmly explain that I wasn't expecting them to be identical--just that one was noticeably thicker than the others--but he was adamant that they wouldn't be to my liking and repeated that I should go somewhere else. He continued to argue with me and kept repeating that I should go somewhere else, I wasn't going to like his work and they weren't going to be even. As a customer, it felt disrespectful to be shut down and spoken to that way. I believe in giving constructive feedback, but due to how I was treated, I will not be returning to this salon and I will not be recommending it to others. Service Requested- I had really pretty Barbie nails and I wanted them removed- I will include my…read morenails photo before! I asked for them to be removed. Add a manicure and paint black! They were rough on my nails! Plus the job she attempted was absolutely rubbish! She didn't cut cuticles, smooth out my nails or even buff them on top of she didn't even shake them! When she finished painting she wanted to cure them, I flat out asked her if she was done? She said yes I paint black. Quality- if I didn't have to give a star I absolutely wouldn't give them any! Vibe- the store absolutely needs cleaner, the counter top is super messy, covered in debris from nails being done, as well as lots of stains. While waiting there was an older couple who kept bringing in weird packages and black bags! Hygiene/ Sterilization- is not being kept up at all! They used un sanitized clippers and other tools- luckily I had my own and asked to use those! Please! Be safe and aware of things here at this business. They also did not wash hands between clients- some clients were having their toes done and then the gal would come back to my nails! I also want to make note they did not have any prices posted- and nail prices for clients in shop would be spouter off- the service workers would argue what the cost was going to be! It's 4:09 PM- and whoever the gal was that did my nails- decided to call my phone because when I made my appointment I called same day. She was telling me how I need to make appointments- I'm well aware of how to make appointments as this isn't my first rodeo getting nails done.
