I came in for a gel pedicure and a French gel manicure. The pedicure was good, thorough, and relaxing. However, my experience with the manicure left me feeling dismissed, disrespected and uncomfortable. During the manicure, I politely asked if one of the white tips on the French design could be made slightly thinner to better match the others. It was a small correction, not a demand for perfection. Rather than adjusting it, the technician became visibly frustrated, put down his tools, and told me they weren't going to be even anyway, and that I could go elsewhere if I wasn't happy. I tried to calmly explain that I wasn't expecting them to be identical--just that one was noticeably thicker than the others--but he was adamant that they wouldn't be to my liking and repeated that I should go somewhere else. He continued to argue with me and kept repeating that I should go somewhere else, I wasn't going to like his work and they weren't going to be even. As a customer, it felt disrespectful to be shut down and spoken to that way. I believe in giving constructive feedback, but due to how I was treated, I will not be returning to this salon and I will not be recommending it to others. I always go in asking for a polish change because I dont like my cuticles removed its very unhealthy and because of this I get treated badly I never get asked what shape I want for my nails so it always ends up with my nails looking uneven I thought i'd give them one more chance I go in yesterday and wait half an hour which for me isn't a problem since Im a very patient person but still very irritating none the less when I finally sit on the chair I choose to do a french gel polish change she proceeds to put on a white tip and no pink/nude transparent shade over the white tip I was shocked but didn't want to be rude so I didn't say anything not to mention the lines are all uneven I am very disappointed i don't recommend anybody to come here read more

I walked in and was able to get a pedicure and gel manicure without an appointment. The place is pretty outdated and has a grandma's basement vibe. I brought my own nail box, but they wanted to use their own tools... the woman that did my nails informed me Washington state doesn't require new files or buffers to be used with each customer. Gross. Fortunately, I didn't contract any disease or infection. The man that did my pedicure managed to push back my cuticles and cut them... so that I couldn't comfortably wear shoes for 4 days. No joke. My toes were bright red for almost a week. I didn't feel comfortable to say anything while receiving services because the staff wasn't very welcoming and I didn't want to be confrontational. read more

We went for pedicures and had a good experience. Nina took care of three of us, at the same time, so it took a little longer than expected. But, she was so thorough and focused on doing a good job it was worth the extra time. In addition, this was my son's first pedicure after being diagnosed with T1D and Nina was very careful to not hurt him and show him how to take care of his feet. I've been going to Kenny to get my nails done for over six years, and he never disappoints me. He free hands amazing designs and always remembers what I like. If something chips, which RARELY happens, despite how hard I am on my nails, he fixes it no questions asked. He has become such a great friend. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a nail shop! I had came here before a few times in the past but stopped coming because the man doesn't know how to do nail art, I mean he can't even do an ombre nail! But even more than that, they try to sneak extra charges into your base price.. so I had found another lady around town who does Amazing Nails for way cheaper. Anyway I had to go here because she was on vacation. I called before I came and asked how much a full set was with gel..she said 45. I asked her are you sure it's 45? She said yes. So I go to my appointment and I see on their price list that it's an extra $5 if you decide to have your nails long and an extra 4 if you have medium Nails and an extra 3 if you have short nails?‍‍ so I asked him what that was all about? I asked if you pay for the set doesn't that include everything, even the length of the nail? He immediately barked at me.. that's the only way I can describe it because he seems so angry! He told me that every nail shop does that, and I told him NO they definitely do not! I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 and I'm in my 30s now and have never ever came across a nail shop that has tried to pull some crap like that. But I did not say that he asked me to name one nail shop that didn't do that, so I named my shop that I go to.. and he yelled at me and told me to get out and go there basically! I told him I was just there to get my nails done because my gal was out of town, and he said if I really wanted my nails done that he was going to charge me $75!! I said all right, I will go and as I was leaving he was yelling at me still.. "get out of here go back to such-and-such nail shop!" there were two customers in the store when this happened! This man has become totally unhinged. He was so angry! Anyway he's not that great of a nail Tech and I can tell you he charges more than anybody else in the Walla Walla Valley. Above all I cannot believe that a professional business owner would yell at customer's just for asking about the prices.. but he did and the reason he did is because he's a scam artist, and he knows it! read more

I have been to Angel Nails twice. The first for a pedicure. The staff was very short with me and very rude. I was very disapointed. I went back again over a year later, needing a place to have my acrylic nails done. I had them done on Wednesday and went out of town Thursday. Less than two days after they were done, one had already broken. And I am NOT hard on my nails. I never have one that breaks. It had cracks in the acrylic from the start. When I went back in to get it fixed they said it was my fault and would not give me a refund or even fix it for me! Again, they were very rude. I do NOT recommend this place. There are plenty of other nail places in WW and CP that are friendly and do much better work. read more

First and last time visit. Chairs had ants crawling over them. Seats were worn out. Remote was not working. Employee tried and finally said I don't know how to change it. Salon was old. So I figured the water looked clean and sat down to pay $25 for a pedicure. Washington state is expensive as California is only $18. My nails were cut crooked. Only got a half hearted massage just on my legs. I asked to have my toe repainted it was very sloppy and got a very dirty look from I think was the manager. English is second language and i try not to get offended with choice of words but could have easily gotten mad because of the way i was spoken to. This was the first and last time I will go there. The man doing my nails was very impersonal. He was rough and barely said two words to me. The whole time he was having an argument/complaining to the lady across from us in another language. I could tell from his tone of voice and body language. And he was taking it out on my hands. For Christmas i purchased a gift certificate from this establishment for my wife. Due to the mess of having kids unwrapping presents the gift certificate was bundled up and burnt outside. I asked the manager of Angel Nails if he would consider replacing the gift certificate with a copy of the reciept, and he stated I sell thousands of those and your loss is not of my concern..... This is a terrible way to operate a buisness in a small town. Obviously he could see this is not a scam, however it is the principle of the deal. Went in for a full set and the guy that did my nails seemed in a huge rush and was shaking the whole time. He made me bleed on more than one of my fingers. It hurt so bad. The whole process was painful and in the end he didn't get the length the same on all my fingers. Some of the nails are ridiculously shorter than the others! Went here 4 separate times in the last 3 years. Pedicures were okay, just felt rushed. Made an appt for a full GEL set on my birthday, had to wait over 40 min. past my appt time. I didn't have time to get in anywhere else. The nail stations were filthy...especially the one I had to sit at w/Kenny. Clippings, dust, filings, clutter, gross. I asked for paper towel to wipe it off, he used an old tore up nail buffer on me and did ACRYLICS w/gel topcoat, they were super thick & really uneven (wish I had a picture). I gave him a last chance this year and brought my own files & buffer. Same NASTY filthy stations, Kenny rushed through my set (full acrylics), thick, uneven & his wife did a sloppy paint job. They are nice but unprofessional, unsanitary and poor quality work. I have had my nails done for 20 + yrs in several salons/spas and don't expect PERFECTION but this place is by far the worst.....some people here love his work but yuck! read more
