They just let their other employees harass us and still kicked us out when we tried to defend ourselves. Never going back again. Still paid over $200s for the services. It was so hard finding a salon in Walla Walla that had a decent review. I'm so glad I stopped in. I did have to make an appointment because they don't have many technicians, but that was fine. It's a cute shop, very clean & sweet people. I had a pedicure & fill-they did an awesome job & even worked on a request I had for a design. We didn't get it quite right because we needed another more pearl polish, but they were so accommodating & tried. We are here long, but I will stop in one more time before we leave again it's a gem of a place & they do t over charge. read more

This was the WORST mani/pedi I have ever had. I was lic for over 40 years myself, so I can assess him! The husband of owner is AWFUL. He didn't talk to me, but was continually on his phone. He cut (bloody! Cuticle, left hang nails, was finished in30 minutes! I could go on...I doubt he is licensed even...couldn't understand him, plus wore a mask... barely did massage portion. I was so upset by the time I left, not competent AT ALL. read more

Normally I love this place but when I went this last time the male nail artist SCREWED EVERYTHING UP. I went in for my normal fill on my acrylic nails which I had finally got to the right length and shape after months of growing them out. He started by trying to pry off the existing acrylic which was quite well attached and in doing so had to cut my nails and jam a fake nail tip (which often slipped and rammed painfully into the sensitive skin under my nail) between the acrylic and my nail. I have naturally weak nails so instead of separating from the acrylic, they split and flaked. After he had absolutely DEMOLISHED my natural nail in trying to unnecessarily remove the acrylic on top, he cut off what remained of them, so short that there was really no point in putting any acrylic on them again. Then he filed them even shorter (which felt like he was filing more if my fleshy fingertips than my actual nail) until they were stubby round messes. I always get a square tip nail, but he neither asked what shape I wanted or if I wanted my nails cut (which I did not because again, it takes a long time for my nails to grow out). Quite frustrated i went up front to pay where he charged me for a full set, instead of the fill I had originally requested and to my dismay, the nails aren't even the same length! While on business in walla walla I needed to get my nails filled and a new polish applied. Looking through all the reviews on yelp there were only a few choices and none had stellar reviews. So I picked fancy nails because it was the closest to me and it had 3 stars. On their yelp page it says appointment only but I took a chance as a walk in. Bill the owner got my in right away. He was very friendly and talked to me the whole time. He was quick and professional and my nails look great. Next time I'm here and need my nails done I will do here again. read more

SooOOOOOOOo glad I found this salon!!! I'm from Seattle via NY and am used to competitive well trained salons. I tried 3 other salons in town but they were a disaster. My guy ran his late wifes salon for 10yrs and when I came home with in SECONDS he noticed the shoddy work to my nails. Another salon over charged me & my visiting daughter doing a lazy job of our pedi with no hot stone as FANCY NAILS does. Bill, with his wife and staff may be minimal, but if you desire a PRO job on mani's and pedi's look no further! I am always proud to sport my limbs when they are done with there craft. Fancy Salon has over 40 years combined in the business and it shows dang it! They offer other services as well, while I suggest you make an appointment I have seen them fit you in on the spot. I have went to fancy nails three times over the past two months for acrylics. I got my first set of acrylics here and was fairly nervous. The male technician made sure that I was comfortable while getting my nails put on for the first time. I have went back two times since then and have had the male technician. I would have given them a 1 star but my bestie that I was there with had a great experience. It must be the luck of the draw because she got the girl, who I liked a lot, and I got the guy who provided an awful experience. This is the worst mani/pedi I have ever gotten. He was hurting my hands and feet and ripping out my nails. Very painful. My french tip mani, which I had to pay extra for, had black specks in the polish from his filer. He just left them in there so my nails looked like crap. The polish came out bumpy with chunks in it. This is totally un acceptable to me. The next day, all of the white french tips were cracking, just like the crackle nail polish. I didn't purchase the crackle nail polish, i purchased french tip! So I had to take it off and do my nails my self. What a waste of money! Solution: I feel if the company would like to make this right and turn me from a 2 star customer to a 5 star customer, they would return my money. This would be the proper solution to the issue and would show that they care about the quality of the work and repeat customers. I would have gone back but we just go to walla walla on the weekends to visit family so I didn't have time to go back and show them what happened. read more

Nicely done! I am pretty picky about how my nails are done and they were spot on. Gel mani-pedi for a reasonable price and personable staff.

They were nice and on time but the quality of polishing was poor. Left with polish on cuticles and spots on the nail that was missed altogether. Probably would not go back. If I pay for a manicure, I assume the job would be thorough. read more

First time here & will not go back. The sir who did my sister in laws nail cut her finger and immediately put super glue on without asking if she had any allergies to the ingredients in the glue. She got an "almond shape" nail and they were all different shapes and sizes. Although the sir was nice the job was poorly done.. they should require more practice. read more

They have a good list of regular customer that just keeps returning so I decided to walk in with my wife. There are a few Mani/Pedi around for the people to choose from. But they seem to have a good flow, so that was a good sign. I let them have a go at my wife's feet. Lisa's a tough girl with manly tough crusty skin on their feet from hard gardening and construction work this summer as we filled the huge in-ground pool. So as Ann was working hard treating, filing, and softening the feet, she constantly asks and checks that my wife was comfortable. Looks like its out of habit. A great sign of attention to detail and customer. Once done, my wife's feet looks like a young ladies' feet once again. Smooth, and very nice to touch, something I wasn't expecting to happen in a single session. Lisa asked Ann if this was one of the worst feet she's ever done. Ann looks up into her eyes to gauge if her feeling would be hurt, and decided to tell Lisa ... "Oh yeah, I've never had to work so hard on feet like these before!" A testament to why I, the husband, insisted on this treatment. I remember my wife having beautify soft feet that just harden up over time due to the nature of the work she does at home. Once that pedi was done, Ann proceeded to offer to do a full manicure but Lisa's moderate, and doesn't want fancy colorful nail. But Ann offer to do a restore service to her once beautiful fingers. To tell you the truth, of the 20 years together, I've not seen my wife's finger nail in such great condition after Ann was done with it. This was something I didn't think was possible. I use to always teased my wife about her ugly finger nails, after seeing the result of Ann's work, I'm dumb strucked. I was tempted to get my restored and cleaned up ... alas, I was out of time, and had to be off to Seattle. If you never really loved your hands or feet before, I suggest you come visit Bill or Ann at Fancy Nail to fall in love with your digits all over again! I always believe that well weathered hands and feet is a sign of strength, but oh boy, does a great manicure and pedicure do wonders for how you feel about yourself. read more

I love this place! Ann is so sweet and I was very impressed by how many loyal customers she has! I got a spray tan here and it was easily the best I've ever had. The equipment is brand new and gives a very even, very realistic tan. PLUS I didn't have to breathe in any spray because the machine isn't built like an oversized time capsule - it's very well-ventilated. normally they are great not this time!!!!!!!!!!!! The gentleman that did my nails was rough with me, and when I walked out 8 out of my 10 fingers were bleeding.
