Gel mani and regular pedi. By the time I returned home my very sloppy toes and completely smudged as though a child had painted them. I have cuts along my cuticles. Rough service. Went in for a spray tan and I have never got one before. The lady showed me how to do it then after she left it sprayed me once only for my front and I was wanting to do two coats so she told me to wait 5 minutes and do it again. So I wait for 30 mins she never checked on me or helped as it only sprayed me once for 4 seconds probably. Then a guy comes in and trys to reset it and couldn't get it to turn on. So I'm standing in there waiting and I just say screw it and walk out and the lady forgets about me and is doing some ladys nails and say oh its not working today. Waste of time and they were rude! I got a "deluxe" pedicure. First, too expensive. Not worth the $40 for a quick sugar scrub and some lotion, which is apparently considered an extravagance above the standard trim and polish. The tech was very rude - I don't think I got a hello or goodbye. At the end he just got up and left. No foam dividers, no dryer, no "thank you for coming," - he just silently got up and walked away. The person I was with didn't even get the deluxe pedi she paid for, he just trimmed and polished her nails without even the heel and toe buffing included in the basic. And the whole time both of our techs plus about 7 who were just lounging around and eating corn were watching a women's soccer match instead of at least pretending to look at our feet. Im am súper unhappy with how my nails turned out. I requested a 10:30AM appointment and they didn't not attend me until nearly 12PM, my good friend was there and she was also unhappy with how they removed her nail polish, it was running all down thru her fingers, my nail tech got mad and rolled his eyes at me when I asked him for pink glitter when he insisted silver was fine. He used the sugar scrub and scrubbed so hard when he sprayed the alcohol after the gel polish it burned my legs . The man named Don gave me a manicure and he was SUPER unfriendly and rude. Gave me nasty looks too. I went pay and I gave him a small tip since he was rude in the first place. This was easily the worst experience my fiancé has ever had with her nails. First they make me wait 20 min past my scheduled appointment, then they forget that I also had an appointment until 45 min later so I just told them not to worry about me. She got the dip powder nails. The shape was horrible, they layered it on so thick some nails actually cracked and started falling off after a week. Others started peeling off the nail, leaving her nails brittle and thin. Never worked on the cuticles so right out of the salon they looked a week old. They were lumpy and just bad. Don was rude. He snapped at me for using my cell phone and so I put it away. Don then pulled out his own cell phone and started playing with his phone. He was very rude when I would switch my hands using the nail dryer after the dry cycle would finish. He snapped at me again saying that I should just let him decide when to switch my hands. First in for most I was satisfied with the job that Don did on my nails, however his personality left something to be desired he continued to huff and puff with frustration while doing my nails without any explanation pulling my arm towards him and then pushing back I was not sure what was happening I kept asking him if something was wrong but he would not answer, then a woman that was working there informed me that he didn't speak any English I asked her if there was something wrong but she said no. I told her that he was huffing and puffing and give them in the impression that something was wrong. When he was all done with my nails he applied the oil to massage into my cuticles before washing my hands and he clearly said to me you can head over to the sink and wash your hands now! What? So I said you do speak English after all. Again he did not answer I found it very frustrating that he could not even have the basic tongue to say hello, he never spoke to me once, until he did. Wish I could be a regular of his. My nails looked great! My girlfriends were not so lucky: Visible frustration by their techs on the condition of their feet and nails, leading to disinterested, sloppy polish jobs on them both. Worst spa I've ever gone too. I normally don't write reviews but I need to save the men/women of Walla Walla from this poor service. They add extra charges, my nails were uneven, and their was paint all over my toes. They don't have good customer service and they have bad attitudes. The first time I went to get 1 of my gel acrylic nails fixed. They didn't have my color so they charged me a color change and extra for the "special" color. Then charged me 35$ (when it should be 5$ fix nail and 10-15$ color change) Then second time my mom and I got the 30$ pedicure each and my big toe nails were both slanted (rather than straight across) and they charged us 80$ instead of 60$. This was a nearly abusive nail tech guy. He did my daughters nails 2 weeks ago and treated her horribly. Among the list of nasty behavioral things he did was yanking her chair forward and shushing her as she chatted with a friend, he told her that her choice of flower to paint on her nail was "not pretty", he thumped her hand as he did her nails if he didn't like how she was holding her hand, he literally made her cry after she left the salon. When I got my pedicure, the water was steaming and so hot that I couldn't even try to put my feet in the water. The man (who was working on my friend first) seemed very annoyed and sprayed cold water for 2 seconds before wanting me to put my feet in again. I told him that it was too hot and he told me to just keep my feet out instead of just refilling the tub with cooler water. Super disappointed with my service here. Nail polish was fine, but the service is below average. I was cut twice while getting a manicure. The lady was rushing and cut my cuticles very short causing them to bleed. The lady doing my nails even saw what she did and didn't say anything. Worst experience today! I guess at this place it's not okay to tell them exactly what you do and dont like. I went in for a fill, I asked for a black color with gold sparkles. Jimmy, who I had gone with. Got really aggressive and upset once I told him I didn't like the way the sparkles were looking. I kindly asked if he can just take them off and if he can just do all of my nails black, since he had only done two fingers on each hand with sparkles. He then tells me "so first said you wanted sparkles and now you don't want them, ugh!" He started grabbing everything aggressively, he kept mumbling to himself, and to the nail tech next to him. He then tells me "look now all your nails are ruined" with a nasty attitude, so i told him I didnt want him to continue that I'd go somewhere else. I WAS a regular customer up until today. The nail tech "Don" that was helping me was rude and clearly didn't know what he was doing. I went in for a fill and I always get a blended French tip, well it didn't look too blended because he had no clue how to blend the two colors. When I asked him to fix it he said he couldn't do it so instead I went with Lynn and she fixed it without a problem. On top of that he told me next time I went in I needed to ask for Lynn since she was cheaper smh! I have been looking for a nail salon that could fix a terrible dip powder job from another salon in town. I thought that this would be a good salon however, for the first time in my life, I was kicked out of a business. I made an appointment, arrived on time, said hello and was greeted with grunts, pointed to a chair and I put my purse and hat and gloves on a stool next to the table. There was only 1 other customer while I was there but when I asked if I could put my things somewhere other than the floor, I was told no. I had to use the floor. The man started removing my existing varnish and I asked for a towel to put on the table top and he glared at me, walked away muttering something under his breath that probably wasn't a compliment, and then threw a washcloth at me. He then brought a bowl of acetone and wanted me to put my hands in to soak for 15 minutes. This is not legal, it is unhealthy and very dangerous. I asked him if there was a problem since this is not the way my nail salon in Edmonds does it. The other woman who I think must run the salon and speaks better English said to put my hands in there. I said that the fumes are burning my throat but I did and he threw the washcloth over my hands. I finally had to take them out because I couldn't stand it any more and wiped my hands on the washcloth which left polish smeared on my hands. At that point the woman told me that if I'm not happy I need to go somewhere else where I will be happy because she doesn't want any problems. I had to leave with rough half removed polish and polish smeared all over my hands. Don't bother coming here, I wonder if this is a legit business or a front for something. read more

Bought a tanning package that was reasonable but the owner was very abrupt. You are expected to clean your own bed and set your own timer. While your tanning you get to smell nail polish fumes, so much that it would give me a headache. The owner also cut down one of the other tanning salons in town which is not cool. I could not finish my package because the fumes where so strong, I went to the competitor, paid more but enjoy the experience more. read more
