What a cute spiritual store you with a cute cafe spot in the back. This has definitely been one of the most unique metaphysical stores I've ever been to. I was so enamored by it that I forgot to take pictures! So many great products for the local witches or curious peeps wanting to see what a spiritual store offers. I got a great Oracle deck and I'm so happy about and a tincture made locally. My friends aren't too much into stores like this but loved it because of the cafe and being able to sit at the end of the store with a great atmosphere and great way they decorated the store, you can appreciate it!! I highly recommend to visitors and locals living in the area. They had a great selection of cards, art pieces and value. You'll find handcrafted artworks, jewelry, accessories and home décor items, alongside t-shirts, teas, soaps, colognes and perfume, and metaphysical paraphernalia such as crystals, pyramids, geodes, stones and other occult oddities. Oh, and did I mention the Nector Cafe at the back, with all its countless collection of consumable concoctions and confections? Ugh, sorry, I said I would stop with the alliteration. I went to the store looking for a beautiful jewelry necklace, knowing that the prices were high, over $150. I tried on a few pieces, but I found that the necklaces were very fragile, that metal O-shaped chains connection broke easily after trying it on. I explained this to the cashier, but no one seemed to care, so I was still forced to pay for it. I would advise against buying expensive jewelry or necklaces, as the O-shaped chains are cheaper and less durable. It's best to ask the cashier for assistance when trying on jewelry. read more

Sleazy practice at Wild Heartist on Bayfront in Hilo. I bought what looked like a gift set as a present- mainly for the hair scent as I thought it would be something the recipient would like. As you can see by the pics, display has 3 bottles in front of bag (which you may not open). When I asked the salesperson the difference between white and black bag I was told the black bag includes larger perfume. Not really interested in the perfume I chose the white bag to purchase. When I gave the gift there was only a bottle of perfume, with 2 bunched up bundles of tissue paper on either side. I called the store and was sent to text. It took 3 days to connect to a person, to be told only perfume is in the large bag. I pointed out the display is misleading, to which I was condescendingly told they clarify to customers, which was not done in my case. The "unopenable" package with 3 bundles- 2 empty, is not on them and they will not take it back because I opened the bag! ***BUYER BEWARE***TERRIBLE PEOPLE THAT DO SHADY BUSINESS!!! I've spent over a thousand dollars here prior to this and will NEVER spend another dime there. I put a crystal on layaway, came to pick it up and pay my final payment, BUT they couldn't find the crystal and the owner thinks they may have resold it to someone else. However, I later see the same crystal I put on layaway back on the floor but for $440!!!! Talk about BAIT & SWITCH. I took a picture of the crystal that I put on layaway (see photos) and also had a friend with me at the time of purchase as a witness. Mishi tried to give me a completely different and MUCH SMALLER crystal that looked nothing like the one I put on layaway (see photos). I spoke to Mishi over the phone who was apologetic about the situation, and said that I should come in and look around and I might find something else I'd like or she'd give me a refund. And if I find something, she'd give me an extra 10% off for their error. I came in, didn't find anything I wanted, BUT NOW SHE WONT GIVE ME A REFUND. Seriously?!!SHADY!!!!! Give me the crystal I put on layaway or give me a refund. What is wrong with people thinking they can take advantage of others like this!!? I work hard for my money and for you to do this to a loyal customer, let along anyone, says A LOT about your character or lack thereof. Is this how you do business and treat a consistent customer that drops hundreds of dollars at each visit??!! Shame on you!!!! This is a small town, hunny. You'll learn and Karma will take care of you!!!!!! Enjoy my hard earned money because you won't see another dime from me. UPDATE: I didn't make my final payment of $30 once I was informed that the crystal I put on layaway was nowhere to be found. Who would continue making payments for something that was supposedly no longer there (but it really was still there, just at a higher price now)??? Would you keep paying this shady business?? She said if I wanted the crystal I put on layaway I'd have to pay the $444 and not the original $288 layaway I arranged for. I called her out on trying to bait & switch me and now she's twisting her story to fit her narrative. I have screen shots of all of our conversations and it's lie after lie with this woman. So sad and pathetic. I was making payments for a specific crystal, NOT for a store credit. C'mon, lady. I now understand why she's doing this though. Her business is struggling and I get it, but that gives you no right to try and scam people. They breached the layaway agreement and should've gave me my money back like she initially said she would over the phone. Which she is now denying. Shady. She's even claiming there was no error on their part. Another lie. Take ACCOUNTABILITY for your actions and your business. Her excuse for this happening to me was all the staff turnover they experienced and how everyone was quitting on her (obviously if you're not taking care of your staff, they will leave. That's just how things work). Take care of your people! I've been told by multiple sources about her shady business practices. Art has its own taste and vibe going on. It is quite unique. Has many gemstones you can choose from, ranging from small to huge. They even sell gemstone wands, they got these leather tassels on them? Not sure if it was but I wasn't feeling it. They've got sage, smudge, and palo santo. Body butter. Oil blends for body and aromatherapy. Necklaces and earrings made by local artists/shops. They had some pretty cool looking lamps made from Koa wood, it had a Bluetooth speaker installed and changed colors.
