Now they're a "boutique" selling made in Mexico products? Avoid their "gourmet" tortillas, which pretty much tasted like regurgitated cardboard Looking further, I can't find their website so I figured the original guys either sold out or were "bought" out...either way, I can't go back

I had heard about Wild West and their Birria bombs for a few months. A friend bought one and said…read moreit made really good birria. Wild West recently opened a store on West Ajo Hwy, next to Domino's and across from Tiny's Saloon. I walked in to a clean, well lighted store. I asked about the Birria bombs. They were close to the front of the store, on a rack, with no pricing. I asked the price ($15) and bought 3 and am anxious to try them out. I also bought a large container, from the refrigerated case, of beef posole. The beef posole is okay. I like my posole with pork and a bit more back-of-the-throat heat. But the flavor was good, lots of chunks of beef and hominy. I'll go back and get some of the salsa and tortillas. It's a nice store and I love that it's so close to home.

We were first-time beef share buyers and the team at Willow Springs is very kind, informative, and made the process seamless. The amount of thoughtfulness they put into not only caring for the animals but also ensuring the best quality and overall customer experience speaks volumes! The quality and flavor of the beef is exceptional and worth every penny. The overall price is extremely affordable for the convenience of buying in bulk as well as for the diversity of the cuts we were given which include a number standard and premium steaks, short ribs, roasts, ground beef, soup bones, brisket, and organ meat. They also sell individual cuts and ground beef at the local farmers market for those that aren't able or ready to commit to a bulk share (although they have also expanded the share sizes to accommodate all budgets)! Ben, Cici, Lisa and the whole team really do make the experience amazing and we can't recommend them enough!

So it's confusing. Is it the same store? Are they just saying it to get people in? Or are they scared saying it will scare some ppl away (I know those ppl exist!! Ppl don't like change and think it's just trendy) Either way, this has become the place I frequent the most for beef. You do have to time it right cause there are days where there isn't much left... but most of the time they have a good variety. I don't go in looking for anything particular, I plan around what I find. They have bacon, but do not believe they have anything else but cow besides that. I do recommend this place. Prices are good!
