The St Louis style ribs were way over cooked (dry) and sauce used to disguise this. The Carolina pulled pork was tolerable, but lacking any smoking flavor. Our reservation was just for my sister and I as my girlfriend wasn't sure if she'd be able to come along with us on the trip at the time of booking. I thought I had dropped them a line to let them know we'd need a cot upon arrival, but apparently I had forgotten. No worries! They upgraded our room for no charge, and even stayed up late to greet us (I told you... we had a lot of trouble in London)! Exceptional service, cute rooms, and all the amenities were perfect.
