I had brunch there on a Saturday and it was so cute, so charming and ooooohhhhh so good. Will definitely be back!

Every time ive been its amazing, does well with a large crowd and has amazing food, my favorite entree is the chicken and waffles

Mexican Chilaquiles (however you may spell it)...unbelievably good! Glad we have one of these in bg!

While traveling with my best friend to Texas we needed to find a breakfast joint so I put on my Yelping spidey senses and came up with this gem. After checking out the reviews I knew this was one of those joint I just had to check out. It's a really trendy cool looking place. It was clean and neat and had great photographs of all different kinds of things that involved eggs. My best friend got Kalamity Katie's Border Benedict with an everything muffin and I ordered a custom omelette with bacon cheddar and tomatoes. It was accompanied by cubed potatoes and a blueberry muffin. We both also ordered the fresh squeezed orange juice. It took a bit to get our food but has been mentioned in other reviews that orange juice was off the charts I think it only could get better if I had had it in Florida not Kentucky. My friends plate consisted of green chili corn cakes with poached eggs, chorizo, queso fundido, sour cream and avocado. She asked not to have sour cream but they gave it to her anyway. She absolutely loved it and raved about it. This is the only reason no five stars since she didn't get it the way she ordered it and because I have a sneaking suspicion that my potatoes were frozen other than that no complaints I'd come back here again! read more

Looks great.......... First of all, don't drink the water! It tastes more like chemicals than water...I hate to say this about an independently owned restaurant, but... the food was disappointingly unseasoned. The eggs were over cooked, and I asked for my steak to be cooked medium but it came out more well done than medium and the steak was very dry, and the skillet potato's had no seasoning, I was very disappointed in the food, but I have to say.... the place was clean and the service was very nice. I'm sure that I just ordered the wrong thing or just had a bad experience, seeing the reviews from so many other people. Try it yourself and make your own judgment. read more

Wild Eggs - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bowling Green, Kentucky

Great, friendly service and a wide variety on the menu. Biscuits and gravy can be hit or miss at restaurants, but they absolutely nailed bacon gravy. My husband's omelet was delicious too. Plus the coffee of the day (red velvet) would put Starbucks to shame. Strongly recommend. read more

Visiting family over the 4th of July and they suggested Wild Eggs. I found it very bright and clean. Food was excellent with large portions. I had the Creole omelet it had fresh shrimp along with cheese and veggies. It was on the spicy side but excellent. If I were to make any critical comment it would be our server while very nice was a tad bit slow, although I would definitely return. read more

Slow service!!!! Restaurant has 10 tables open with 20 people waiting. Plan on being here 90+ minutes.

Came to this place while stopped in Bowling Green on our Christmas drive to Ohio. Started off with coffee and their fresh squeezed OJ. The orange juice is seriously the best I've ever had. I would go back to this place, just for the OJ. My husbands coffee cup had lipstick on it from the previous diner. Simple mistake, but it makes you feel like nothing else is truly clean if they miss that! But we ordered. My husband ordered the hash, and added extra veggies. I got the spicy eggs Benedict. I forget what it was called. It had eggs, cheese, pico, with green chile cornbread. AMAZING!!! It could have been a touch warmer, but it didn't stop me from devouring it. They charged my husband an extra $1 for each different veggie he added. I guess it makes sense, but it's annoying when they only give you 2 pieces of zucchini. We had a good breakfast and would come back here if in the area. read more

Wild Eggs has become an occasional treat for my entire family. Everyone enjoys their meal there - and in the five or so visits we've made as a family we've never been disappointed. I'm a pancake fan, and these are the best pancakes around. My other family members love the many different types of egg dishes. It's a unique little restaurant. Once you try it, you'll enjoy having "breakfast" at Wild Eggs - even at lunch time, on many an occasion. read more

Really good breakfast. After spending way too much time perusing the menu ( a good sign, as this means there are a number of things I wanted to try ), I settled on Kalamity Katie's Border Benedict, which features green chile corn cakes in place of the english muffin, topped with 2 poached eggs, queso fundido, chorizo, pico de gallo, sour cream, green onions and avocado. Served with an everything muffin and skillet potatoes. I had two concerns before my food arrived; that the amount of ingredients on this plate would be overkill, and that I wouldn't be able to finish it all. My first concern melted away by the third bite...this is a well conceived and brilliantly executed dish, and so very delicious. My second concern was realized. I made it through quite a bit, as it was so good, but this a lot of food for one person. The everything muffin is a fun take on the everything bagel, so it's savory instead of sweet, with all of the flavors you would expect. Tasty, but a little dry. I will definitely return. read more

Service was extremely backed up, but the food was fantastic. The gluten free options were fun, delicious dishes.

We are happy bfast family goers today. Got in before breakfast rush started so we got a table quick although the restaurant is pretty spacious with lots of tables. Staff are very attentive and we got served immediately. I ordered Stuffed French Toast and its amazing. My husband said its too creamy for him. He ordered Calamity Egg Benedict and he truly loved it. Overall, we'll be back again. read more

Absolutely delicious!!! This is a first class operation and well worth the stop. They have a wonderfully exciting menu with lots of dishes to choose from. My wild mushroom eggs Benedict was superb and the corned beef hash was also delicious. They serve fresh squeezed orange juice, special coffee drinks and the place is meticulously clean. The service was also top notch. I am so happy that we stopped here! Kudos!!! read more

Pretentious and overpriced, just like I remembered. Food is okay, but just okay. Service was not enough to make up the difference in price. I'm still not impressed. read more

Living in Hollywood I'm surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the world. Wild Eggs far exceeded my expectations. Incredible, fresh flavors, good coffee, awesome service (ask for Dani), and the owners are wonderful. I would recommend this quaint cuisine to anyone. please come to Los Angeles Wild eggs! read more

Slow service, good food, nice people.

A very long wait to be seated was difficult to understand as once seated there were many empty tables. The food was also a long time coming and proved to be very average and over priced. There are better places to eat in Bowling Green. read more

When I first came to town I ate here and I was impressed by how cute and clean it was. The staff was friendly and I would like to say the food was good. I'm giving 2 stars only because I'm allergic to mushrooms and stated that upon ordering and they delivered my food with mushrooms still. I sent it back and they were gracious enough to comp the meal since the delay made my have to take it to go. Unfortunately, when I got to my house and started eating I quickly discovered mushrooms AGAIN and spent the rest of my day with a swollen throat and in a Benadryl coma. The owner did contact me to check on me after I called to report the incident though. She offered a gift card that a month later I still have never received. So good food but watch what you order if you have allergies! read more

Very good meal & the place is really clean, but bring lots of cash! Lots of menu choices & the huevos rancheros was excellent! My only complaint is the prices! My glass of orange juice cost $3.49!!!! Milk was $2.49!!! The owner really needs to reconsider the beverage pricing. read more

Very unique menu items. All very good. Even the coffee is specialized for this place. Worth the drive off the interstate.

Had the Kalamity Katie's Border Benedict, it was scrumdiliumpcious. Best breakfast I've had in a while. A blast of different flavors culminated together nicely, not a one over bearing. The hand browned potatoes were very delicious as well. All of the ingredients were fresh, flavorful, bright and presented very well in the dishes. Service was cheerful, attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back when I am in town. read more

Excellent. Pancakes great. Selection fantastic.. Orange juice is a must...FRESH! Will make it must on our next trip to Bowling Green

If you're ever near a Wild Eggs, do yourself a favor. EAT THERE!!! Your palate with thank you! Some of the best and most unique breakfast items anywhere. You can never go wrong with Eggs Bennie, Kelsey "KY" Brown or POP'S Poppin' Egg Salad. But, my "go to" is the Big Stack! Best pancakes ever! read more

Lots of creative choices and love the gluten free options just a little more on the pricy side

Best breakfast place in Bowling Green! I always have a hard time choosing what to get. I like their eggs Benedict, egg salad sandwich, farmers skillet, and red Velvet pancakes. Also, their espresso drinks are outstanding. Way better than Starbucks! The atmosphere is so bright and clean. I feel happy every time I'm there. read more

Above average breakfast. Tasty and freshly made. They offer a good range of items, from savory to set. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are reasonable. They are not pet friendly with the outdoor seating. Yelp directions were wrong, look for the Goodwill. read more

You know what really gets my goat? When I'm at a restaurant and have waited a total of an hour and a half and still haven't gotten my food or been offered a refill. Absolutely horrible service. read more

Hands down the BEST breakfast in bowling green. Everything is fresh and made to order. You can even make little custom meals. The menu is so fun and offers a little bit of everything. Their raspberry lemonade is so fresh its the best lemonade I've ever had. The interior is very modern and pretty. Its a great place to go. The environment is wonderful. We drove through and were looking for a local breakfast joint. This place did not disappoint!!! The chicken fried steak and eggs was off the charts!! Definitely stop in and get an espresso and anything you choose on the menu. Amazing all the way around! read more

Well, I can't ignore the fact that everything is slow here so be prepared. It wasn't a full house when we got there. but there was the baseball team so I think that had a lot to do with it (tons of orders all at once). I think they need more cooks and drink makers...the waitress was incredibly friendly and apologized for the wait. None of us actually minded because we weren't in a hurry. I had the shot with chile and lime and it was awesome. Has a good kick and great flavor. It was fun to pass around the table just to try. The iced horchata had coffee or espresso in it and it was pretty good though I would've preferred a stronger horchata flavor. Just personal preference though. The berry lemonade my brother got was perfect. I really enjoyed the food. My brother got the Katie breakfast and he loved it. I had the lox eggs Benedict. Best eggs Benedict I've ever tasted. Perfect amount of cream cheese and great balance of flavors. No complaints. I want to try everything on their menu. I'm visiting from Los Angeles and I've never had such a great breakfast before. read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! Nothing was clean. I had to ask the waitress for new silverware 3 times Bc there was dried food on all of them! EW!!! And the table didn't seem like it was wiped down either. They had like 3 customers in while we were dining and it took about 30 min for us to get our food. When it came of corse there was dried old food (that was not mine) stuck to the plate. And after waiting that long, my scrambled eggs were so runny I couldn't even eat it. I let the waitress know and I told her I had lost my appetite. Took away my food and still made me pay for it. Total BS! Horrible and disgusting place. I wouldn't recommend. read more

Read good reviews. Figured it would be a great place. Walked in the see a sign please wait to be seated. Waited for the hostess then gave up and went and found her. Sat down no one came over to offer coffee. Finally a waitress came to my table It was the same waitress that was taking care of the table next to me. Maybe she was inexperienced. I ordered the Mr Potato Head Casserole. A different waitress brought it out. It was cold. I found my waitress and told here is was cold. One minute later the dish returned. I asked if it was microwaved. The replied yes and asked if I wanted a fresh one. I replied yes. Still waiting. Hope it's hot this time. So far the service is poor. Breakfast arrived I will say it was excellent. They comped the meal. Atmosphere was nice, food was excellent, service was poor. read more

Best place we ate at in Bowling Green. Bright, cheery and clean, and a wonderful selection of interesting breakfast items. HIGHLY recommend the *Kalamity Katie's Border Benedict - super delicious!! Ordered it two days in a row! The Raspberries and Lemons Oh My! pancakes were wonderfully tart - but this was WAY too much for any one person to eat - it would really feed 4. The corned beef hash was pretty good - but nothing spectacular. Very nice wait staff, but do NOT go there in a rush....it takes a while to get in and out of there. read more

I really enjoy this place for breakfast. I like the fact that I can make my own omelet, and they have latkes! Oh my goodness they have latkes! The first time I visited, the executive (egg-ecutive) chef came out and asked about the latkes. I gave the truth that they were burned, but that I didn't mind because they were still wonderful! The price is the items is a bit prohibitive though, as it is expensive. I usually frequent this place about once every two months. read more

Katie's border Benedict was the best Benedict I've ever had. Coffee of the day was a Mocha which looked great and tasted fantastic. Sat in the bar with warm people around. Bartenders were cool and easy to speak to. read more

LORD HAVE MERCY!!! I am beyond satisfied with this place. From the decor to the finger licking food! Absolutely amazing. The orange juice is superb, got a liter. I was really hoping for some actual mimosas but the food and prompt service I received made up for it. The atmosphere is awesome, a lot of good vibes. They give you a jug of water with lemon which I liked since it's so convenient to have at the table. I cannot speak more highly of this place. The Mexican food I ordered from the menu was a bit risky since I'm picky with authenticity but WOW. Even gave me a shot of lemon juice with Chile that tasted like sunshine in a shot glass. Just go. And see for yourself what a piece of heaven on earth tastes like. read more

I ordered to-go food from here. I ordered the egg benedict on whole-wheat bread, two sides of skillet potatoes, a biscuit with jelly (no gravy), a sweet tea and a freshly squeezed orange juice. The OJ was great but it's served in a kids size cup & my tea was served in a kid's cup too. The food was great specially the hollandaise sauce but I would've liked two pieces of bread with my two eggs not just one piece. read more
