We were told , even though there were empty tables we could not be seated for 20 min. After over 50 minutes I asked if our table would ever be ready, and we were seated right away. I think they forgot about my dad and I. Then it took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Service was so slow we didn't get food till 1:45, and when we were done I had to stand and lean on the table to get our waiters attention to get the bill. In my opinion, now that the ambiance is set and the food is good, they could spend a little time perfecting efficient customer service.

What I like about Good Earth - is the focus on naturally derived ingredients (like real pumpkin purée not just a sugar syrup) and the variety of unusual drinks not found at Second Cup or Starbucks.
